Stayed Jun 6, 2026Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have vacationed at the Cottages for several years and this is probably the nicest cottage that we have stayed at. All the appliances and furnishings are up to date and in great shape. We especially liked having a garage to store our bikes, sand toys, etc. As a point of clarification, we really never had any interaction with the property management or staff. We got several generic emails but no personal interaction - which is not bad, but in years past, we usually had some interaction with property management.

Stayed May 18, 2026The home has a great location, is beautifully appointed, and comfortable. We had a little confusion over it being called Cottage 119 when its address was 220 Turtle Track Lane. Once we found it we settled in and enjoyed our accommodations and the pool!

Beautiful home, nicely decorated with comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to prepare a meal, tons of cottage amenities (bicycles, beach toys, beach chairs, etc) and nice community amenities (large community pool and well-equipt fitness center).

Stayed Sep 22, 2023The house was beautiful! Attractively decorated, clean and fully stocked with all kitchen essentials. Perfect layout with full private bathrooms for each of the three bedrooms. Location was beachfront and ideal for exploring all of JI. Pool/beach towels were not provided which was an inconvenience since we all flew in from the Northeast. Other than that, I would recommend this home for any type of gathering!

Stayed Nov 23, 2022We loved this home, especially the fact that each of the 3 main bedrooms had a beautiful view and its own bathroom. The kids bunk room was an added bonus. Spacious and well stocked kitchen made cooking Thanksgiving dinner a breeze.
