'Ocean Breeze Oasis' w/ Boat Dock & Slip on Canal!

We spent 3 nights here. The outdoor space and pool were fantastic! The guys fished off the dock and the kayaks were a nice addition. Very clean, cool and comfortable. The kitchen had most everything we needed, lots of small appliances that we didn’t use, and they had a k cup coffee pot, as well as a regular drip one.

Overall a 4 star rating great job on hist and cleanliness except for the trash that was piled up around the side of the house the pool was good hot tub was not working properly though and this property is incorrectly listed as Anna Maria Island when in actuality it is some 20 minutes from the

The host was kind enough to allow us to arrive a bit earlier ( drove in from NJ) The house was clean & cool ! We did not get to use the bikes or kayaks due to me not feeling well. The pool was great, hot tub was green ( some issues) that the host remedied . The home was nicer than the pictures. Thank you for having us.

Great place to stay for a family vacation! Many hours were enjoyed in the pool, hot tub, kayaking (the house has 6 to use), fishing (house has 1 pole) off the canal, walking the nearby neighborhoods, and going to the beach. The homeowner was quick to respond and allowed us to check in a little early to accommodate flight times. Having beach chairs, a cooler, and beach towels provided made our day trips much easier. Would stay here again myself and would definitely get Five Star Pizza again too!!

Property was very well described. Communication with the Guest Contact was exceptional. Our weekend stay was very nice and the pool and hot tub provided the desired relief from the winter weather. Proximity to minor league ball parks was great as we visited two stadiums during our visit.

Place as described! We loved it.

We loved sitting by the pool or on the patio looking at the canal teeming with fish! The house is spacious and well laid out. We also kept or boat in the water at the dock. Plenty of room for a truck and trailer out front.

Smaller than pictures. Outside around dock it was not kept up and dirty. Nothing special. Everything was provided but a few items were either broken or not in good condition to use. The solid plus was how easy it was to get out of the canal to the gulf. I also very much enjoyed the bathtub and the kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Overall we would not come back to this property.

Great place. Location was good, amenities as expected.

We had a great stay. There were four of us for two nights and we all enjoyed the place. Everything is clean and up to date. We loved the parking since there were two full size pickups and one boat trailer. It was nice having the canal in the back yard. My son caught a few nice snook, I wasn’t so lucky. The owner was very responsive also. All in all we enjoyed it and my wife said she would stay there again.

5 stars for sure! This was my 1st time ever booking a home in Vrbo & I am extremely happy! We only booked for 2 nights for a family wedding. Will definitely keep this house in mind for future stays that are a bit longer!
