Had everything you could ever want in a vacation property. Pool, toys, game room, golf cart, close beach access, etc. Family had a blast. Host was excellent, especially with communication. Great VRBO property.

Beautiful home with amazing amenities! Clean, and spacious for several families. The owners were super friendly and always willing to help if we had any need, but that was not necessary, as the rental comes pristine with all the bells and whistles!

We have stayed at different beach houses for over a decade and this was the most well equipped for our stay. I would recommend for families. The basement is great for younger couples staying with family.

It was clean, well arranged and had everything we needed, including a well-outfitted kitchen, comfortable chairs and beds, and every possible item we needed for the beach. The ping pong/air hockey/pool table was fun, even though nowhere near regulation size, after a long day at the beach. The pool was clean and had many toys for my kids and grand-kids to play with. Many chairs surround the pool so no shortage of places to sit even with a group our size (8). The golf cart was a fantastic benefit making it so much easier to get to the beach and set up. Not a complaint at all re the house, it's fantastic. This part has nothing to do with the house, which again, was great. The beach is possibly the worst beach I've ever been to, totally kid unfriendly. It was recently re-nourished apparently and was all brown bottom sand and crushed shells. The entry point to the water at high tide or low tide was a drop off of at least a foot where waves built quickly and crashed right at the edge of the beach, making it dangerous for kids to even try to get in the water, and annoying for adults. We solved that by driving north a couple miles to the river-to-sea parking lot and using the beach there. Really no more trouble than getting to the beach near Ocean Blue, and a much nicer beach. So there's an easy solution to the beach problem at hand. It may be that we caught the Palm Coast beach at a bad time and maybe it will sort itself out over time. The house gets 5 stars, the beach gets 2 stars. All in all we had a fantastic week at Ocean Blue!

This super fun and updated beach house has it all and then some! Everything you can think of for the beach or pool are provided! The multi-table game room was a blast! All the bedrooms are spacious and comfortable with 3 king suites and an awesome bunk room for the kiddos. The kitchen is well appointed and the 10 of us loved sharing meals at the dining table. The golf cart was such a bonus! We highly recommend this house.

Beach chairs, boogie boards, beach toys for the kids...everything. Location- close to St. Augustine and many other attractions. Pool- our little ones used it more than we thought they would. We thought it would be an extra benefit- but it was a big part of the positive experience. Cannot say enough great things about the house and the experience. Cinnamon Beach Vacations was also a great representative for the owners. Very helpful. Very organized. Very communicative throughout the process and during our stay.

This house is close to the beach and we fell in love with the Hammock Beach area. The house itself was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a family vacation. The garage had so many fun activities for the kids on a rainy afternoon. Would absolutely recommend this to anyone and we hope to be back again!

The property location is about a 2 minute walk to the beach We were a group of 4 couples It was nice that we didn’t have to share a bathroom Bedrooms are spacious with lots of storage and the beds are comfortable The house looks like it was renovated lately and the decor and furnishings are tastefully done Appliances are high end and it has all of the amenities that you could need The management company are amazing They respond to any questions or issues immediately Check in was a breeze and the house was spotless Lots of games to play on a rainy day Our group had an amazing vacation

The garage area with numerous games along with the downstairs living area provided the perfect hang out spots for all ages in our group! Everything was very well organized as far as games and beach gear which was an added bonus and made clean up easier! The golf cart was great for trekking beach gear down to the beach and we appreciated the amount of beach gear that was provided. This house is the best stocked rental as far as beach gear, beach towels/pool towels, bikes, chairs, beach toys etc. The owners really did a great job of making sure their home provided tons of fun options for everyone! It was the perfect getaway for our group with kids even with it being winter the kids were able to enjoy both the heated pool and the beach! The owner and rental company were a pleasure to work with and very responsive. We would definitely come back to this property again; it was a great getaway for our group!
