Ocean Block with ocean view- Short walk to beach; 3 blocks to downtown shopping

We had a great time in Bethany Beach!

This is our second year staying here for a long fall weekend with my parents. Home is in a great location on a quiet street, close to the boardwalk and beach. We all loved it.

Fantastic in every way. Two families of four and we had plenty of room. The home was beautiful, the location was a very short walk to the beach and town. If I could rate it 15 out of 10 I would.

Fantastic property and loud is social places inside and out. so flexible for various ages (and marital status). Grill seemed new - and clean. Nice walk to beach and boardwalk. A large selection of games and books, though we brought our own. Sufficient kitchen towels, hand soap, etc for what we needed. No suggestions, except we never didn’t figure out all the lights!We couldn’t get your wine opener to work. We borrowed from your nice neighbors!

Great location for the kids to walk to the beach and boardwalk, decks were outstanding. Had some trouble with the internet but only when watching live TV all other apps worked well. Could use some updating but understand that's rented all summer long. Host communication was great!

We enjoyed our stay at your home! It is a perfect location for beachgoers since it is on the beach block and close to downtown. The kitchen was so well equipped with everything you could want. Every room was furnished with a beautiful, beach theme and we used the screened in porch almost every morning and evening. Thank you for the many beach chairs, wagon for beach supplies , sand toys, etc. We will definitely return to this ideal home.

First time staying and perfect for family of 8 including one child 8yrs old. Matched online listing: a very cute, fresh-looking beach house in one of the prettiest areas, very clean, clutter-free inside and outside areas, Thoughtful and generous touches. Everything worked. Owners very communicative, friendly and easy all around! We have been coming to the area for over 40 years as a family and this is one of the best!

The quality, cleanliness, and location of this property surpassed our expectations. From home appliances to entertainment for our entire family, every base was covered. We would definitely stay at this location in the future.

The weather did not cooperate, but this spot was ideal - a block away from the beach and 3 blocks in to downtown bethany. beds were comfortable, fans in every room, a nice outdoor shower and plenty of space.

It was a great property. It was a very enjoyable walk to the beach, boardwalk, and shops. The house was clean and well maintained and very enjoyable. The beach chairs, kids wagon, and sand toys were a very welcome addition. Great place! Would definitely stay again

I spent 3 nights in the early fall at this property with my parents, my two sisters and our husbands. It was a wonderful home, just a short, easy walk to the beach and the town. We loved both the screened in porch as well as the porch on top of the house where we could see the ocean. We didn't do a lot of cooking, but the kitchen was well equipped to make the dinner and lunches that I prepared. We would definitely stay at this home again. We all loved the location and it was very comfortable!

Great location, clean house, responsive host, clear instructions. I wish more kitchen miscellaneous are provided, such as salt and pepper, foil, and trash bags.

This was my family's first visit to Bethany Beach and we could not have chosen a better or more beautiful home and location. The Wellington Parkway rental had everything we needed: the home was spotless, the block was perfect--just a short walk to the beach, the top deck was ideal for happy hour and the main floor, screened porch was perfect for dinner. I am already looking forward to a return visit. Many thanks to our gracious hosts for opening their lovely home to us!

We had a group of 9 friends enjoying Bethany for a 50th birthday and this house was perfect. The location was amazing…easy to walk to the beach and shops. The house was clean and very spacious. We hope to come back for a visit again!

Location of the house is absolutely perfect. Close to the beach and close to shopping/restaurants. House was very clean and communication with the owners was outstanding!! Will definitely be back!
