Stayed Nov 22, 2023Our family spends Thanksgiving together at the beach every year. We love cooking dinner together. This property had every possible cooking pot, utensil, cookie sheet, etc! The only thing we brought that they didn't have, was a roasting pan! We had young children and appreciated the basement area where they could play. We really enjoyed this home!

Stayed Sep 28, 2023Location, location, location. The description mentioned this house provided the opportunity to park your vehicle and never having the need to use it. You can walk to anything you want or need and we enjoyed that freedom. There was plenty of space for the seven of us to gather and also retreat. The upstairs outdoor deck was probably my favorite aspect of the house. The beds were comfy and bedrooms were quiet. Kitchen was not lacking for cookware, flatware and dishes. Galley design of the kitchen had a good work space flow and we were able to prepare and cleanup without being on top of each other. We have rented many beach houses in the Rehobeth and Bethany area in last 10 years and this was my favorite to date. Bright, comfortable and an unbeatable location.

Stayed Sep 14, 2023Had a wonderful long weekend with extended family. The house was perfect for all 16 of us, fantastic location, enjoyed the rooftop deck after dinner every night. Would definitely stay here again.
