Ocean Block on Olive Avenue!

The home is beautiful! We had our annual “Girls Reunion” (our 41st year) and there was plenty of room for 10 women. We loooved sitting on the front porch and laughing, had a great time at the Sea Witch festival, and of course we loved the ease of walking on the boardwalk and of course enjoyed sitting at the ocean! This house is the perfect house to park your car and walk around Rehoboth and enjoy the great outdoors!!! (Maybe provide some dish towels)

Amazing stay! Very clean and as described. Great setup for large groups including separate bathrooms. All of our guests slept well and said the mattresses were fine. Large fridge, beautiful porch. Only minor suggestion is to include a few more small wastebaskets for bedrooms and baths. Very convenient location without feeling too crowded. Thanks for an incredible spot!

We had a great time in this lovely beach house. The rental was well appointed and there was plenty of room for extended family. It was close to everything, but the street still felt relatively quiet. Would definitely book again!

The house was exceptionally nice. Well appointed and spacious. The proximity to the boardwalk, restaurants, shopping on Rehoboth Ave and the beach made for a delightful time for my family. It was great not having to drive everywhere and search for parking.

Great house and location. Beautiful decor. Very good kitchen supplies/necessities. BAD mattresses throughout! Coldwell banker agent very responsive to issues with appliances. We will return but hope the owner buys some new mattresses! Everything else in the house is brand new!

Loved the expanded front porch and the updated kitchen and baths.A welcoming,comfortable home.5stars but downstairs mattress needs to be replaced.

We had a wonderful experience from start to finish with our realtor, Bill . Upon arrival we discovered the house had been missed for cleaning. We called Bill and he immediately got back to us and had the cleaners there within 15 minutes. We also alerted him to the issue with a water leak under the sink. We have been renting in Rehoboth and Lewes for many years and this was one of the best experiences we have had.

Everything was as it looked in the pictures. It was very nice and very clean and the agent was very nice too.

The house was beautiful. Parking rnough for 3 trucks plus a car. Lots of room in the house. Bring sheets, bath towels, soap, TP and paper towels.

Very well situated, walking distance to main street and the board walk. We came during the off season but hopefully will be able to check it out during the summer.

Wonderful property and great stay with the family.

We have been coming to Rehoboth Beach for the polar bare plunge for the last 15 years and this by far was the best year yet. The house was centrally located, so it was easy to get to the bars and restaurants downtown. Loved the house so much, my friends already want to book it for next year. Easy communication with manager and simple entry. Place was clean and as advertised. Great home.

Great week with friends and family. Perfect distance from the beach & boardwalk. Close to all amenities but not too close so the beach is slightly less crowded and you escape some of the noise & activity from Funland and Rehoboth Ave. Absolutely no complaints.
