Family friendly, beach block townhome located in the private Tower Shores community in North Bethany Beach, DE. Only 100 steps to the Tower Shores private beach and the beginning of your vacation!
Our home has 3 bedrooms, 2 and a half bathrooms. Each bedroom has access to an outside deck. We are a 5 minute drive ( 3 miles) from downtown Bethany Beach, 15 minutes from Rehoboth Beach and the outlet malls, and 25 minutes from Ocean City, MD.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This was a second year staying at the house. Everything was just as last year. Still well maintained and clean upon arrival. Being so close to beach came in handy with the kids going back and forth for lunch, naps and bathroom breaks. Thanks so much for another wonderful family vacation!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We enjoyed our week stay in the house. It was clean and well maintained. The owners were great about getting back to us with any questions. From the outside, this house looked like one of the nicer on the block. Very close to the beach which came in very handy with 3 little ones (ages 5 and 3 year old twins). Everyone seemed very friendly, private beach well maintained and not too crowded (like downtown). Very family friendly area!!! Little park right by the house. There really isn't much right there, but wasn't a problem for us. A few minute drive got you downtown, food shopping or just short drive north to Fun Land in Rehoboth. We would definitely rent this house again! Thanks for a wonderful family vacation.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We enjoyed our stay in this house. It was clean, and we had no trouble coordinating with the owner. The master bedroom was larger than we expected and easily big enough for us to set up 2 pack-n-plays. The living room was also larger than it appears in the picture. There is plenty of parking and an outdoor shower that got tons of use. Compared to my expectations based only the pictures, the place was much better, so much so that I wrote this review. But most importantly, this place is very close to the beach and being able to quickly go back and forth from the beach was the biggest plus for us.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We really enjoyed our time at this beach house. The house was so close to the beach, which was a plus for us because we had small children that took frequent trips back and forth from the beach. The house was very clean with newer appliances and lots of amenities.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This was a great rental. The property was neat, clean, and brand new looking. I would definitely recommend this to anyone. The descriptions and photos are accurate. In fact, I think the photos didnt do it justice. We enjoyed staying here!
