Ocean & Beachfront House w/Private Washer/Dryer, Hot Tub, WiFi, AC, Shared Pool

The house is in a great location time for some updates. The shower curtains were very nasty and moldy and needed to be replaced. One bath tub would not drain water which was gross. besides that the house was very clean.

We loved the location and the beautiful views. We would definitely stay in the house again!

Wonderful location with easy access to the beach and quick access to the pier for fishing located close to everything I was able to do everything I needed on a bicycle dining included

Absolutely amazing direct beach view right from the top two decks of the house. You can see the Avon pier and there is a walk over the dunes right next to the house. On the second day we were there we saw the national park service excavate a sea turtle nest and bring out three live baby sea turtles. Hard to start a beach vacation better than that. Even on the one rainy day of the trip, we got to take advantage of the hot tub and an amazing reading nook with a window directly overlooking the beach as well. Would absolutely recommend this house and we’ll be coming back.

The location was great: about a mile from the grocery store and a short walk to the pier. The layout was nice with several rooms featuring private bathrooms. We were pleasantly surprised that the house came with linens and towels. I had ordered from a linen rental service (as was required in all my prior beach rentals) only to find that the beds were all bed and each room was provided with two sets of bath towels. The home is older and could use some upgrades but it's a beach house that I'm sure suffers a lot of abuse between the sand, kids, and salt air. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with a large inventory of cookware and utensils. Some of the cookware and tableware needed to be washed before using but that is likely the fault of prior guests rather than housekeeping staff. Besides a pool table, there are lots of board games, puzzles, and books for rainy days.

A very lovely house that allows for a very comfortable stay.

The location was great for getting in the beach, but everything inside was pretty old. The hot tub couldn’t hold temperature and the dining room table was a soft push from falling apart.

Steps to beach on a cul-de-sac,very roomy,some wear and tear as expected on a beach house.only negatives were no hose around to fill the hot tub and no instructions for the t.v. as we are not electrically inclined.

It’s nice with an amazing view. Windows need replaced in the stairway. Causing mold. Walkway to the beach needs fixed but that’s the city’s issue. The cottage had everything we needed. It was a good time.

Great location. House needs some updates. Kitchen floor is in serious need of repair. Cockroaches found in various rooms throughout the home. The screened in porch is in need of repair. Door knobs are rusty. Overall the house needs a thorough cleaning.
