Location was great. Low crowds on beach. Property was not as nice as on website. Needs upgrades and repairs. Kitchen cookwear not well stocked but plenty silverware. Pool needs repair. Some poor construction ie door hits toilet in guest bath, light switches in awkward locations. Spacious, large bedrooms. Nice patios. Luxury price but not luxury accommodation. Location makes it.

All was wonderful. A memorable family trip and we would definitely go back. The location and quality of the property were first class!

This was our second year in Ocean Awaits for our annual Thanksgiving vacation. The house is near perfect and the direct access to the beach is super convenient for the grandkids. The service from the team at Prickett is excellent and friendly We will definitely return

Amazing house and location! This was a work trip and it couldn’t have been more perfect- plenty of room, beautiful views, pool was wonderful and warm. We had a blast and will definitely be back! Thank you- 10/10 - highly recommend!

Excellent property. Highly recommend. Beautiful views. Easy access to beach and Gulf Shores for other amenities if you want. Only downside was we had to bring many items such as all beach equipment and shower products. Otherwise, the property managers were excellent and very responsive.

This home awesome. We had plenty of room and every item we needed in the kitchen. Will book in the future for our next family vacation.

The house was clean, beautiful and up to date. The pool was very clean and much bigger than expected. Beds were comfortable and ac worked great. The beach wasn't crowded, it felt very private despite it being a busy weekend. Amanda from Prickett Properties was friendly and timely with her responses. 10/10 would book again!

I brought my high school volleyball team to a tournament in Foley and we stayed in this condo! It was amazing. The view is incredible, my players loved staying here.

Luxurious hotel like stay with added amentities of a huge kitchen,living room, dining room, and washers and dryers. Great pool with some pool toys provided. Very short walk to the sugar sand beach. Plenty of parking spae. Whole family LOVED it!

The house was amazing for our large family so nice to have the pool and proximity to the beach. We made many trips to waves market down the road. pretty much cooked in every day. sunrise and sunset or incredible!

House was very spacious and convenient to shops, restaurants, etc. Was clean for the most part. A few places could have been cleaner. We could not find the lights for the pool so at night it's dark outside. There are lights on the house, but the bulbs are red making it hard to see. We emailed the company regarding lights, but no response. The refrigerator didn't cool as well as it should have and one dishwasher was not working properly. There are two dishwashers though. Overall, the house was very spacious and the set up works for multiple families. However, for the price it should have been perfect.

Upon arrival we quickly realized we had the best accommodations on the gulf coast. House is luxurious and immaculate. I love having both beachfront and pool. The dual refrigerators, dual stovetops and automatic icemaker all came in very handy. Tons of shopping and dining nearby.

This house is great for large groups (21 total in our group, ranging in age from 3 to 60). The king size beds, and private baths were perfect for our adult children and the bunk bed rooms worked great for the grandkids. The kitchen with dual refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers and an ice machine was awesome when feeding and cleaning up after that many people. There are also 2 sets of washer/dryers which is perfect. We had some things come up with the house and the pool and the maintenance folks were on it immediately...it's very impressive how responsive they are to requests for service.We had Janelle from Sand Castle University come to the house and give a class on building elaborate sand castles; it was so much fun, and the kids really enjoyed it! Being right on the beach made it so easy to participate in that experience.The kitchen needs some new frying pans, the ones that are there don't come clean and most are unusable because of that. Be cautious if you are there in the summer, the pool deck gets VERY hot, you have to wear shoes to walk on it and the boardwalk to the beach when it's hot out. Also, there are no beach towels at the house. That is one recommendation that we have for the owners, provide beach towels so folks don't have to pack their own and use up so much space in their luggage.Gulf Shores is an amazing town filled with lots of things to do for all ages.

The house was just what we needed for the party of 18. We had a few issues with the elevator, but maintenance was quick to fix it. My family was extremely happy with this home. Quick access to the beach and Pensacola beach is only 1 1/2 hours away so we did that one as well.

Loved the house! Had everything we needed. Location on the beach couldn’t have been better. We had 7 kids under the age of 5 and it was so easy for us to get kids and gear to and from the beach. I would certainly stay there again.

Overall, the house was great! We loved having the access to the beach and the amount of space we had was really nice. Some of the dishes were still dirty when we arrived and when I messaged a few times about heating the pool, they went unanswered - thankfully I figured it out myself so it wasn't a big deal. This was for a senior trip, so it was all we could ask for in keeping students occupied and spread out.

Communication and response time were great. Check-in/check-out processes were very easy. Would stay here again.

Fantastic property right behind the dunes with a large pit to grill near the pool, big decms upstairs, and generous living space.

We had a quick spring break trip and this house checked all the boxes and more. It's perfectly suited for a group, very clean and the pool and beach can't be beat.

This was a great vacation spot for our group of four families, 8 adults and 9 kids ages 11-17. The number of bedrooms and bathrooms was great. There were enough seats for all of us plus a few extra at the dining tables. We could all fit cozily in the living area for games. The kitchen had enough space to prepare and store food. It was well stocked with pots/pans/utensils/dishes. We got tons of use out of the pool and having direct access to the beach was amazing! We had a couple small issues come up while we were there and it was really easy to text the manager and they responded promptly. We would definitely stay here again or at other properties managed by this company.

This is a great property for a large group. The only improvement would be a light over the grilling area.

The house was exactly as pictured. It had room for our two big families. 14 of us total. The ice maker was great to fill up our cooler each day. We found most everything we needed for cooking. The house is right on the beach and our kids loved the heated pool. Would stay again!

The house was very large, had great access to the beach and meet all our expectations. The accommodations were comfortable and clean. The pools was also clean and used daily. There was plenty of space for all of use to be together without feeling crowded. The two parallel tables were particularly great as we were able to sit down together for dinner several nights, as well as play games.
