Stayed Aug 14, 2021Best house we've stayed at thus far (after 10 years at different places that allow dogs). Dave was very hands off but available if necessary. Beautiful view out both the front and back (amazing sunsets over the marsh).

Stayed Jun 2, 2021Located in a beautiful area of Biddeford, on the marsh and steps from the beach, this older home has a well equipped kitchen with comfortable seating for 6-8, large living room, 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths and deck. There are new appliances in the kitchen. The house is comfortable, pets are welcome, and the location is fabulous. Owner was responsive and helpful. The house could use some updating and work but, for the price, it is just fine.

Stayed Aug 25, 2018The house is good for 6 persons , very clean with all the commodities . No need to bring beach chairs and umbrella. All thay at a few steps to the beach.
