Welcome to our newly remodeled peaceful & private 2bd + 2ba single family beach house (no shared walls) located just 2 blocks to the ocean in the heart of beautiful North Pacific Beach. This offering features a large fully-fenced yard exclusive only to this unit, dogs ok (unfortunately no cats), convenient 1 car parking space, single-level with no stairs, quartz countertops, vinyl floors, Smart TV's & short walk to amazing local eats! (Sleeps 5, 4 adults max) *Note no A/C in this home, fans are provided.

LIVING AREA
This newly remodeled single family house is the perfect beach vacation getaway for up to 5 guests. Off the main front door entry you'll step into the spacious living room that is beautifully decorated with beachy decor, beautiful vinyl flooring, plush sectional sofa, recessed lighting, and a sleek Flat Screen Smart TV. Off the living room is a separate dining area with seating for 6 and an open kitchen and new stainless steel appliances. Off the hallway is a full bathroom with an enclosed tile shower as well as 2 bedrooms.

The primary bedroom features a King size bed, Smart TV & walk in closet. The patio doors open to the backyard, perfect for cool nights. The ensuite bathroom features a tiled enclosed shower. Br #2 features a Full sized bed with Twin trundle bed & Smart TV. Rounding out this space is a stackable washer/dryer in the hallway closet.

EXTERIOR & OTHER FEATURES
Oversized lot that consists of 2 individual detached single family houses. This is the private front unit which includes a fenced front yard perfect for Fido (friendly breeds only please), patio seating, and a BBQ that is exclusive only to this unit. Beach amenities are included as complimentary for our guests including sand toys, beach chairs, and boogie boards.

LOCATION
“Where the locals hang!” Our home is located in a beautiful family friendly area of North Pacific Beach. Just 2 blocks to the Ocean, white sandy beaches & famous Tourmaline Surf Park.

Walking distance to shops, restaurants, and entertainment on Mission Blvd, Turquoise St, and Garnet Ave. Endless mom & pop shops and fantastic family and fine dine eats, including Oscar's Mexican Seafood, The Fishery, Bareback Burger, Second Nature Eatery & Latitude 32 to name a few. A quick Uber ride or bike ride will get you to Mission Beach, featuring Belmont Park's big dipper coaster and Wavehouse flow rider. Enjoy kayaking or stand up paddle boarding, jogging/walking/biking up and down the Boardwalk that starts just a couple blocks from our house!

Other attractions include ~5min drive to Sea World, over the hill is ~15min drive to the famous San Diego Zoo, and just ~20min drive to Downtown & the Airport. This is a perfect spot to enjoy all that San Diego has to offer, contact one of our friendly staff today!

POLICIES & GOOD NEIGHBOR GUIDELINES

• Guest Requirements | Per certain regulations & HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years of age to book with us. If your group is all adults, then all guests must meet our minimum age of 30 (exceptions made for multigenerational families).
• Occupancy | Maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time (i.e. includes both overnight guests & non-overnight visitors), some of which may be mandated by certain regulations. Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children under the age of 2. Guest(s) agrees that more than the number of people stated on the reservation shall not occupy the premises. The number of guests includes visitors, even if they are not staying overnight.
• Noise | Our homes are intended for relaxing getaways, not rowdy beach parties. Music and other noise is to be kept at an appropriate level and in a manner that is mindful to neighbors. Noise that can be heard 50 feet away from the home is prohibited. Parties are not allowed. If there is excessive noise or music, any illegal activity, or evidence of violation of these policies, you may be asked to vacate the premise without any refund and additional charges may be assessed.
• Combination Listings | Due to occupancy restrictions, larger groups looking to book multiple units must reserve an approved combination listing. No more than 1 combination listing can be reserved per stay.

    Location was near some great restaurants, it was very quiet and was about 5 min walking to a surfing beach but was about 12-15 min walking to the swimming beach. We asked for laundry detergent because some linens were dirty and never received it. The house was very hot, but I guess it was one of the hottest weekends and it is not common to have AC. There was a thermostat but it did not seem to serve any purpose. The place was dog friendly and had dog friendly restaurants within walking distance. Dogs have specific beach hours which we weren’t aware of so that would have been helpful to know. In general it was a good stay.

    This home was perfect for me, my husband, our adult daughter and our 2 medium sized dogs. The 2 fenced yards are perfect if you have pets and also have a nice ambiance when sitting outside enjoying the beautiful weather. The house is clean and is stocked with everything you need in the kitchen, nice barbecue and they have beach chairs, towels and boogie boards so you don't have to bring them from home. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance and Pacific Beach is also a short walk from this home. The property management company is very responsive to questions/concerns. This was our second stay here and we will stay again.

    Amazing location. The neighborhood was quiet yet assessable to everything. The home was clean (air filters were dirty but we took care of that- we’re sensitive to allergies) and had everything we needed to cook, keep the house tidy and be very comfortable. All the rooms had ceiling fans! And there was ample lights throughout the house. The fenced front/back yard was a huge plus with our doggy. Kitchen was stocked with everything necessary- I cooked most of our meals.

    We had a wonderful time at this centrally located, clean, and comfortable home! We loved the fact that it was not only a short walk to the beach, but to great restaurants, coffee shops, and an upscale grocery store. Other than a few day trips to locations too far to walk to, we never used our car! We know where we’ll want to stay on our future trips to San Diego!

    What a wonderful vacation. North PB is a lovely neighborhood and a ten minute walk to the beach. If you dont feel like walking to the beach the 2 enclosed grassy yards are just as cool snd comfy. Everything you need is stocked in this home. I will be returning

    We loved this house and its proximity to the beach and local spots to eat/drink. You really do not need a car and the home is comfy, clean and really no complaints. The LR is a bit cozy, but spread out in front/side and back yards. Great neighborhood mix of residence, families and other vacation rentals. walk to 10s of restaurants and the beach is 3 blocks. Good wifi, I worked most days from dining area. Owners/manager responsive to small issues that came up during stay and were most accomidating. We want to move!

    This property was perfect for us. We have two medium sized dogs and the fenced property made it very easy for us. We really enjoyed the cozy lit backyard at night. We were able to walk to restaurants for breakfast and the beach was just an enjoyable, 7 minute walk from the property. The house was cozy. Our son and daughter-in-law spent one day and one night and we had plenty of space. The property is stocked with everything you need from preparing meals to going to the beach. We enjoyed our stay and I am saving this property as we will stay here again. Cherie M

    This home is super comfortable for my family. The doggies loved the yard and the beds were awesome! Having two bathrooms was lovely. But the location cannot be beat! Really enjoyed our stay and we will be back!
