Stayed Feb 23, 2025My husband, my daughter, and I stayed at this beautiful VRBO for 5 nights while we were waiting to move into our new home in Ocala. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The communication with the POC for the VRBO was great, always a quick response to our many questions. The back yard and back patio are wonderful. It was a relaxing space to eat dinner every night after long days. Some things I would make others aware of: 1. the home does not have curtains / black out curtains for bedroom windows. Rather, they have thin sheers with blinds. This was tough when handling my toddler’s sleep schedule because she requires it to be pretty dark. But overall not a big deal for us. 2. The kitchen counter space is limited so if you plan to do a lot of cooking at the home, be aware of that. However, the home has a ton of dish ware which is great. 3. Try not to order anything to be delivered from Amazon because if it comes via USPS you have to go to the post office for retrieval and the lines are pretty long but the people are nice there. 4. The TVs come equipped with streaming services which is awesome. 5. The road the house is on and the roads surrounding are all unpaved dirt roads so it can be a little messy and slippery for the car when it’s raining. Events so, it’s in such a secluded beautiful location. During our stay we saw chickens and goats and a snapping turtle. All in all, this was a great place to spend a few days!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969My friends and I stayed at this precious bungalow while we attended the Region 12 Arabian horse show at the world equestrian center. This is everything you need! Whereas the show is noisy and bustling, every evening we were able to have a short drive to this cool and quiet retreat.The home is fresh and new, the area is very quiet, and the beds, very comfortable. There was a game room, but honestly, by the time we got home there was time for a glass of wine and then to bed!I cannot recommend this highly enough!
