Stayed Mar 18, 2025Booking was easy and host was very communicative. Location was not the same on Vrbo maps as the location given. (Vrbo location was southwest of Disneyland, where the actual location was a few blocks from Downtown Anaheim)The actual house was clean and accurately described. The house was stocked with basic necessities which was great. The plumbing thing about not being able to flush anything was a little weird, but it could be a California thing for all I know. However, I think it is something that should have been shared ahead of time instead of at check in.

Stayed Mar 13, 2024When you book the property and are given an address that you will be staying at - THAT IS NOT THE ADDRESS. I was EXTREMELY upset about this because I booked based on where it was at. I was attending a conference at the Anaheim Convention Center and specifically wanted to be off of Katella to the west of ACC. When I finally got the REAL address, only a couple days before my trip, I was shocked to find a location that was on the other side of the 5 freeway and closer to Disneyland's entrance. So instead of it taking me less than 10 minutes to arrive at the ACC, I now had to cross the 5 and deal with Disney traffic AND have to deal with a huge u-turn line on Katella and West. This made my morning communte take 40 MINUTES. If this kind of LYING and misleading is allowed on VRBO - Trust I will NEVER book on this website again. The property management said this was done to protect the homeowners and other guests so that I wouldn't show up early or stalk the property in advance, not sure why anyone would do that. Also, if that was the case why not pick an address down the street or a block away? Not in a completely different direction!!! I wish I could have cancelled and got my money back but it was too late. I wouldn't have even been able to find somewhere else to stay. All in all, the property was clean. The gate door needs to be repaired and it is flimsy. There was NO HEATER except a tiny 10 space heater which we found on the 2nd day by opening every cabinet.
