OBX Parade of Homes Winner, Immaculate, Quick-easy Beach Access, backyard oasis

Our stay at this beach house was truly excellent. The home was beautifully maintained. It was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable, relaxing week. The pool was perfect for the kids and quickly became everyone’s favorite spot. Beth and Barry were wonderful hosts who communicated clearly and made the entire process smooth from start to finish. We would absolutely return and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing, family‑friendly getaway.

The property was everything we expected and more. Very clean and even included a book with the owners favorite restaurants and ideas of things to do. The walk to the beach is only about 5 minutes and they have wagons and beach chairs. It’s very close to Duck and lots to do there too!

This house is so beautiful and was perfect for our family reunion in every way possible. We had 8 adults and 2 small children, every family unit had their own bathrooms and bedrooms spread out across 3 floors. The large kitchen and living room was perfect for gathering, but the deck and pool area was where we played most of the time - except for a quick walk to the beach a few times.

We've been taking our family to the beach for 30 years in North Carolina and this was by far our best experience. The accommodations were top-notch and that could not have asked for anything better.

Great house for family vacation. Loved having the three different levels. Saltwater pool is amazing and house has alarm on doors (for children to not be able to access back yard/pool alone). Short walk or bike ride to beach (they had plenty of bikes for us to use, but we also brought the kid bikes with us). Owners are very responsive and helpful. Located on a quiet side street without traffic. 10/10.

This is the second time we have stayed at this property and it was even more beautiful than we remembered. It's apparent that the owners take every guests need into consideration. The house was spotless upon arrival. We were immediately able to start our vacation sitting on the deck and enjoying their beautiful pool. This house is a gem and we will certainly be back.

We had everything we needed from toiletries and towels to locations and places to see. It was such a beautiful and clean home. I had to force my family to leave the house. The back yard and pool were so clean and comforting. I truly relaxed and had the best vacation at this house than I did in Hawaii. Definitely worth every penny:)

Highly recommended! The was my second stay. My experience was equally as good as the first. The owners are very nice and responsive. The house is very clean and the location is ideal.

The property was great. especially the pool. Nearby to shops, resturants, and places of interest. If we come back to the outer banks this would be our first choice of places o stay
