Stayed Apr 1, 2024Had a great stay at this property with our family of four! Pull out couch worked great for the kids and property was very well cleaned and maintained. This is a one of a kind location. House is backed up to the Indian River Lagoon and the walk across A1A and onto the beach can't be more than 50 yards. Might as well be a private beach. The entire area was very quiet and relaxing. We had the beach completely to ourselves and rarely saw anybody else. There are two rental units on this property so it would be a great fit for a larger family or two families that wanted a greater amount of privacy. Not many restaurants around the area so come prepared because you won't want to leave once you get settled down!

Stayed Mar 19, 2024Very quiet and peaceful. No one on beach! If you like lots to do Melbourne Beach isn’t for you but it was perfect for us. Only complaint, no extra trash bags for the kitchen.

Stayed Feb 24, 2024Great stay. Had a ball and my son drove down from NJ to surprise his mother. Had a lot of fun fishing out of kayaks with my son. The only thing we didn’t know was that you couldn’t go to the beach across A1A because there was an 9’ cliff you had to climb down and back up. Overall we had a great stay and would highly recommend it.
