Oasis in Central Oklahoma City

Nice older home in a quiet neighborhood. We're pretty low maintenance. We didn't get to spend a whole lot of time there. Just needed a place to shower and sleep after long days at the livestock show. Wish we would have had time to enjoy the backyard. We would stay there again.

The pictures do not match the property. The neighborhood is old and run down. There were no curtains in the kitchen window. The curtain on the patio is see through. The bathroom with the walk in shower was cool. The other bathroom tub was in bad shape. There is a mirror in the hallway that was cracked. There are a lot of things that need to be done to improve the place. The grass was not cut in the front or back yard until the day before we left. The host was very rude. I asked him about the wash machine and he said I don’t remember and never said anything else. If staying in OKC I would not recommend this place. I wiped everything down when I first arrived and many areas were not clean. Overall experience was about a 3/10. We were in town for a volleyball tournament and I didn’t not have time to move to another property. We made the best of the situation but it was a disappointment. I would highly recommend the host to put accurate pictures of the house and the neighborhood!

Home poorly maintained not clean

Loved this house, location, size, and layout. Would have given 5 stars except we had no extra blankets! The main issue however was the air fresheners - they were in vents in several rooms. These affected allergies of two in our group. Removing the fresheners did not help, the scent was all through the house.

Was not cleaned properly. No Trashbags in the bathrooms. There was mold in the bathroom.

Very clean well taken care of property manager was very easy to get along with the only bedroom I stayed in was very comfortable. My only complaint was the batteries in the remote control were dead, but this was a very nice facility. I would definitely stay there again the next time I’m in Oklahoma City.

Easy access to downtown and fairgrounds. House is well kept and owner is responsive.

Its a great location for all the activities we had planned for our short trip. It was very clean. We ran into one small issue, but they where quick to respond with a solution. Definitely would recommend and plan to stay again next year when we are back for WCWS.

This is a nice, cozy home that serves as a decent alternative to staying in a hotel. As someone who travels frequently for kids’ sports and work (having stayed the night over 100's in VRBO's), I appreciated the more economical choice this property offered, and I didn't expect 5-star luxury.The positives: The home is affordable, well-maintained, and the kitchen and furniture were both clean and in good condition. The space had a welcoming feel, which made it comfortable to stay in.Suggestions for improvement: There was a slight odor in the home, which they seemed to try and mask by placing car fresheners placed on the HVAC vents—an unusual touch that may be worth reconsidering. I’d also suggest replacing the mattress in the bedroom off the living room, as it could use an update for comfort. The hallway bathroom could also benefit from some modern updates. Additionally, we did encounter a few bugs in that bathroom during our stay, and my daughter even had one crawl on her foot while using the bathroom, which was concerning.While this property worked well for our short-term stay, I would probably choose a different option next time. However, if you're looking for an affordable place as an alternative to booking multiple hotel rooms, this could be a solid choice.

Clean property, located in the middle of everything we were doing. Property manager was responsive and friendly.

We really enjoyed our stay while in town for the Ok Youth Expo. Was easy to get to fairgrounds, Walmart will deliver to the house and a gas station and Starbucks are in walking distance. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. The mattress' in 2 of the rooms were way too firm for our liking. The shower in the MB didn't have much water pressure. We would definitely stay again.

Central to everything we needed

We stayed for 5 nights to be close to Kids/grandkids during the Christmas Holidays. Clean and the Bullies loved their stay. Nice Bang for the buck.

this home was not cleaned before checking in, there were stains on the beds , the floors were disgusting, there was old foods underneath the couches

We came into town for a wedding. The property was clean and as described. Everything we needed to have a great stay. Would suggest having a handrail to the steps on the porch. Would stay here again if I came to town.

Great stay, clean, spacious, great location.

Check in was simple. The place had everything we needed and the AC worked really well. It was just as listed in the listing. The area wasn’t the best but it is walking distance to a gas station and a couple bars. Everything was mostly clean with just a couple things here and there. Would recommend this place and would stay again.

Perfect location and nice house. Only problems were main tub faucet a couple of the mattresses being firm. Other than that it's a great spacious rental that is easy to get to with a great layout.

The property provided a quiet safe place for us to stay while attending an event at the fairgrounds. The neighborhood reminded me of the 50's and John Mellencamp's little pink houses. It was easily accessed and has a fenced back yard for pets. Nothing fancy whatsoever but, for the price, it was a great deal.
