This beautiful historic home is the lower floor of a duplex, featuring two flats. With a total area of 1,185 square feet, it offers 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath, a spacious living room, a full kitchen, a dining area, and hardwood floors. Built in 1928, the home has undergone renovations in the kitchen and bathroom, while retaining some original details, creating a charming and inviting atmosphere.

    perfect, perfect perfect, exceptional, everything from the bed comfortable like home, kitchen ready to bake or prepaid a nice dinner, you want to grill a steak great back yard and grill at your service. Like movies perfect Tv is smart and prime and Netflix ready. Clean yes it was spotless, A/C worked great. Location was one that doesn’t require a car if you like to walk. Everything you need a couple of blocks away. LOVED IT.

    The property was immaculate and super comfortable. We had everything we needed from pots and pans to Q tips! Minh and Duy were very responsive and accommodating. The location is perfect! Very close to shops, restaurants and the major highway. We will. Stay again!

    I booked this unit for a family trip. I’ll start with the positives. The host were very helpful, and went above and beyond to provide help and services. The unit was definitely clean and well decorated. The negatives: The building has significant structural issues. There were major cracks in the walls throughout the home. To the point that we had challenges opening and closing the front door. Seems as though the foundation had shifted and we weren’t sure structurally it was safe to stay in. Another major negative, this location is directly under a major flight path. We heard planes flying over all day and night. Lastly, in the Primary bedroom, there was a large opening in the floorboards in the closet that led to a rather dark and scary crawlspace underneath the home. This was not latched or locked. We have two small children under the age of five and found it a bit unnerving to have something that could be such a potential hazard and danger to small children unsecured specially for a unit that is listed as family friendly. It also left us feeling rather unsafe on what else may be accessible to our unit that we weren’t aware of. Overall had a positive experience, but felt it appropriate to share some of the challenges that we experienced for those who may be looking to book this unit specifically for family.

    We stayed several days in Dallas looking for an apartment for our daughter. The property was well equipped with everything for an enjoyable stay. The location is perfect and close to restaurants and grocery stores. Minh and Duy were very gracious hosts and were attentive to our needs. We plan on staying again at this property on our return trip to Dallas.
