Home is loacted in a quiet slough with mostly-full time residents with a neighborhood quiet time of 10 pm. This renovated home is decorated beautifully and ready to be your next vacation spot! A formal dining room, living room with a wood burning fireplace and breakfast area, and kitchen with a regular coffee maker and Keurig round out the house. The screened back porch and deck is perfect for use of the gas grill, and overlooks a beautiful backyard and many feet of waterfront with a private boat dock available for your use! Only a 35 minute drive to Auburn. Please note that there are many stairs leading down to the water! No pets allowed. No smoking allowed. Exterior cameras in place for security purposes.
