Oak Bluffs Retreat - The perfect getaway!

Terrific home for a family stay. Adequate room throughtout the house to enjoy. Plus the outdoor space us peaceful and well maintained. I would definitely stay here again. Convenient to downtown Oak Bluffs and Farm Neck Golf Course.

Perfect place- clean, spacious and quiet!

Pros: The property was very clean and offered a lot of space. The yard was lovely and big! The kitchen was fully equipped minus spices/cooking supplies (except for salt and pepper). The gas grill was nice and we enjoyed the outdoor space for the kids. Cons: Had to bring your own towels, washcloths, hand towels and beach towels. Only sheets provided- no blankets, duvets, or bed spreads!! Sparse cleaning supplies. Had ants all over kitchen counter one day. Location is strangely tucked into a side road. It was not close enough to walk into Oak Bluffs if that is important to you- have to drive or bike. Would have been nice if owners had more than 4 beach chairs and 2 small umbrellas since the house can accommodate more guests than that. Big bonus would have been some beach toys, boogie boards, and/or some bikes. May be ok if you are driving and have all of those items to bring but not if flying.

Great place with extra comfy living space, good kitchen table for playing games, great parking and location.

I was pleasantly surprised this house was available when I decided to change my plans at the end of June for a July 24 start in the Vineyard. Our adult group of 5 fit very well in this beautiful home. Fully stocked with the essentials, clean, bright and so comfortable. The owner, Perry, was always quick to respond kindly to any questions I had about the property. Loved the location!! We walked to the Trade Winds park every day. The joy on my mom’s face being back in her happy place made this week the best of the summer!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this immaculate and well appointed home. Spacious and set on a beautifully landscaped yard, tranquility loomed throughout. The property is centrally located which made it easy and convenient to plan our day. The Raineys were gracious hosts and responsive to all our inquiries. We can’t wait to return!

Nice clean property. Communication with the owner Perry was excellent. Street sign for street is confusing.

Homeowner very easy to correspond with. Home is clean, bright and comfortable-just right for our adult family of 5. Family room with good sized TV and large, comfortable sectional. Lots of comfortable seating at table-great for playing games as well as meals. Beds comfortable. Despite the cold and rainy weather, we had a great time!

We had a wonderful stay and visit!! Kitchen fully stocked. Living room very cozy and accommodating for many. Will stay there again!!

Very clean and well-stocked house. We enjoyed our stay. Well decorated and very comfortable. Great yard! We had fun gathering around the table for games and enjoyed the outdoor shower.
