Stayed Aug 9, 2025Amazing house. Very comfortable. Great room accommodations for my family of 4. Great amenities. Good distance to Circuit Avenue and Inkwell Beach. Would definitely recommend this home to my friends and would return to this house, if it is available for my vacation next year.

Stayed Aug 2, 2025Great house with everything you could possibly need (cookware, towels, paper, plastic, grill, laundry, beach chairs). Was perfect for my family with separate living areas. Host was available via text to answer questions. We had a car and bikes, but short walk to OB.

Stayed Jul 29, 2023well maintained classic OB vacation home. Perfect for our family which included young adults. Easy walk to town for going out at night and bike ride to State Beach. Three bedrooms provide privacy with good common areas and nice outdoor area. (loft above garage was off limits as well as upstairs deck). Well equipped kitchen, plenty of towels and everything else needed for the beach. Able to close a hallway door to create a master suite with a private bathroom. This is room with day bed. Could use a better outdoor shower. Needed AC for one day and the window units worked fine.

Stayed Jun 25, 2022The owner was so nice and communicative. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, large gathering room with good sized table for dining. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. The back deck and dining table was great for our happy hours and dinner. The house was very clean and walking distance to the center of town. We loved our stay here!

Stayed Jul 24, 2021My adult children and I truly enjoyed this house. It was very well located - just a 15 minute walk to downtown Oak Bluffs. The bedrooms were spaced well apart to give a sense of privacy to all of us. House was air conditioned, which was great. Back yard was spacious and private. Most importantly, it was very clean and well stocked with dishes, pans, towels and linens. We will be back.

Stayed Jun 12, 2021This was a wonderful house for our week on the vineyard! It delivered on everything in the listing and was super charming, clean, well equipped, and cozy. A couple things to note…. 1. The couches in the living room (with the tv) were extremely uncomfortable and could definitely use to be replaced. 2. If the classic MV outdoor shower is a high priority for you, this home doesn’t offer it (although it doesn’t promise to). There’s a shower outside to rinse off the sand, but the water pressure didn’t really do the job. 3. The kitchen supplies could use to be a little more organized. It was hard to find things and we could only locate one frying pan which made cooking breakfast a process. 4. If you’re picky about your beach chairs, bring your own (although it’s very nice that they offer them at all!). The ones at the house are a bit low and uncomfortable, but that’s coming from a 6 months pregnant lady, so I may be a bit high maintenance when it comes to that. 5. This isn’t a negative, but if you have small kids it’s worth noting that one of the bedrooms is across the breezeway on the other side of the house and shares a door with the laundry/utility room. I might not have been comfortable having my kiddos that far away in a new place. 6. The only tv in the house is in the living room (none in the bedrooms or breezeway). That may be important to some. Overall, it’s an amazing home and I would definitely recommend it! You can’t beat the location, it’s super convenient to town and state beach. We really appreciated that all linens (including beach towels!) we’re included. Mami was extremely responsive and kind!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Everyone in our group of 5 adults loved the house. it is very cute - just what you are hoping for in a Martha's Vineyard rental. I was very impressed with how well stocked the house was with towels, linens, kitchen stuff, pantry items, games, and books. Bedrooms were fine with enough storage. Bathrooms were beautiful, all brand new and we all loved the outdoor shower. Some of the furniture was just stunning - the owner is obviously buying it for herself and not just for the renters. The wooden deck furniture was all high end and very nice and there is plenty of outdoor space and lawn in the back. Communication with the owner was excellent and she was very responsive with the few problems we found - we were the first renters of the season I think. The property could be walking distance from town, but it is a pretty good walk and I definitely wouldn't want to carry beach stuff on a walk to the beach. Definitely easy biking distance though. It was a challenge to get all of our linens / towels washed and at least in the dryer before our departure, but well worth it for not having to rent linens. I will not rent house house that requires linen rentals.

Stayed Aug 18, 2019We had a very nice stay at this comfortable and cozy house in Oak Bluffs. It is in a residential neighborhood near the town library, a 15 minute walk from the center of Oak Bluffs. That walk is very pleasant, as you can go through the MV Camp Meeting Association area, where there are dozens of adorable Victorian cottages. We didn't bring our car and easily got around on foot, bikes, bus and Uber for the week. The house was impeccably clean. There are window AC units in the bedrooms and kitchen, which were most welcome as it was very humid during our stay. There is a large living room/dining room that is very comfortable,. There is also a big sitting room between the main house and the barn/garage, but we couldn't really use it because it was so hot. The two bathrooms look like they were renovated fairly recently and were very clean. The kitchen is on the older side but is well equipped and it was easy to prepare a couple of evening meals. There are beach chairs, towels and umbrellas to use. The back deck is spacious with a big table and lots of seating, including two very comfortable lounge chairs. The owner was great to work with and very responsive. I would highly recommend this house for a stay on Martha's Vineyard!
