Guest Bedroom 2 (Upstairs): Another queen-sized bed provides comfort and rest, ideal for guests who want to relax in a peaceful and stylish space.

Bunk Room (Upstairs): This room is perfect for the kids, featuring a bunk bed and an additional fun bed. It’s designed to make bedtime feel like part of the adventure, with a playful setup that everyone will enjoy!

Living Room: Versatile purple living room setup featuring two foldable single beds that easily convert into a larger sleeping space when placed together. Smartly designed support legs are neatly tucked inside a zipper compartment.

Outdoor Fun: Beach gear galore—snorkeling gear, bodyboards, water shoes, Crocs sandals, beach chairs, umbrellas, a cooler, and a beach wagon—all ready for your use. Don’t forget to rinse them off with the hose on the left side of the house after use.

Toddler-Friendly: Includes toddler accessories for the little ones so the whole family can enjoy a stress-free vacation. (high chair and pack and play)

Air Conditioning & Heating: Stay comfortable year-round with cooling and heating throughout the home. It will turn off every 4 hours - but you can always control it with the remote.

Washer/Dryer: For your convenience, a full-size washer and dryer are available during your stay.

Important Things to Note:

Shoe Removal:
Our backyard is newly completed, but the red Hawaiian soil, called 'alae, can be sticky. Please remove your shoes before entering the home to help us keep the floors clean and avoid cleaning fees.

No Parties/Large Gatherings:
We love that you’ll enjoy our home, but we kindly remind you that only registered guests are allowed. If you’re unsure about whether your stay falls under these restrictions, please reach out to us before booking. Just ask!

Parking:
Parking includes space for 2 cars in the driveway, 1 spot in the garage, and up to 2 additional vehicles on the right-side easement for overnight convenience. (Max 4 cars, so pick and choose your spot!)

Pet Policy:
For the health and safety of all our guests, we allow 1 small pet (30 lbs or under) with an additional fee paid at booking of $100. We use thorough cleaning procedures after every check-out to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness.

Community Pool and Hot Tub:
The brand-new community heated pool and hot tub will be available daily from 7am to 9pm. Please use the FOB key by the garage inside the home. Do not lose FOB key, $50 replacement cost. FOB key is located by the powder bathroom hanging on the wall.

Fitness Center:
A fitness and recreation center will be available next door to our home in the community center.

Security:
We take your safety seriously. There are four exterior security cameras placed around the home, as well as 24-hour gated community security.

EV Charger:
For our guests with electric vehicles, we offer a Wallbox Pulsar Plus Level 2 Smart EV Charger (48 Amp). It’s ultra-compact, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth-enabled, and supports Alexa and Google Home for ultimate convenience.
