Stayed Mar 23, 2025Our stay in Richland for work was great. The host was fast with response and the home was as described. We would definitely stay here for work again, when back in town.

Stayed Sep 19, 2024Stayed in the home for 4 nights with a buddy for the Tri Cities Ironman. Easy walk or run to the Columbia River and only a 4.5 mile ride to race start. Logistically the house worked out great! Well timed and friendly communication from the property manager. Beds are VERY comfortable and the home has a well stocked kitchen and a number of activities (ping pong, connect 4, comfortable patio, etc). The home is in a quiet neighborhood with a number of nearby stores and restaurants. Backyard is beautifully landscaped and well maintained, we enjoyed using the patio after long days. The home will be our first choice the next time we’re in Richland.

Stayed Mar 25, 2024Our construction crew of four guys have stayed at this location several times. We find it to be clean, comfy, and a perfect home away from home. We really enjoy the comfortable beds and the nice backyard. The owner is pleasant, responsive, and very accommodating. We would recommend this rental to anyone who asked. Thanks again for providing us with a great experience!
