This is an amazing rental with amazing hosts. Beautiful property with plenty of space, immaculately maintained, and close to the mountains for skiing and excellent local restaurants. Pete and Katie shared great recommendations and were highly accommodating with our last minute request. 10/10 recommend and we hope to return!!

Location was quiet and felt secluded even though you were close to town. Within walking distance of several restaurants. The property was very clean and well stocked. Pete was great at communicating and offering suggestions on restaurants etc. Would definitely stay here again.

Immaculate unit that is in an ideal peaceful and quiet location. Anything you might need is available…from phone chargers to cooking needs. Truly a home away from home.

We had the most amazing time at Pete and Katie’s Mountain village getaway! The home was perfect for our family - mostly adult children and one 9 year old- everything was absolutely perfect and exceeded our expectations ! The kitchen was fully stocked and ready for family dinners, bedrooms worked out perfectly, and the game room loft was the icing on the cake! The whole family loved playing guitar hero, Wii sports, pool, and ping pong! No one was ever bored ! So many wonderful memories were made during our stay - we can’t wait to go back again!

My husband and our friends and I had a great time and were very comfortable in the condo. Booking, check in and check out were all super easy. It was 90 and I was a little worried about the lack of air conditioning in the lower level bedrooms, but Pete assured us that they would stay cool because of the upstairs mini split, and he was correct! The snacks and bottle of wine that greeted us were all nice gestures. It was a great, clean homebase from which to explore the White Mountains and North Conway areas. We originally were going to book a hotel, but we were so glad we were all together, cooking meals and playing games at the dining table. Pete gave us recommendations for hikes, restaurants, even restaurants and things to do in Portland on our way to the airport. Would highly recommend for family and friends!

Had an absolutely fabulous time here for our StoryLand Nostalgia night vacation. Pete was a wonderful communicator and the check in process was easy. Lots of room here for the 4 of us (me and two adult children and a boyfriend). Quiet, close to everything. We didn't have to worry for anything (I forgot bar soap and they generously had some provided in case we forgot!). From charging stations to a combo coffee pod/pot everything was perfect.

We had a great 3 night stay in this home- Peter was a great host! We had no problems at all but I feel that if we did, he would have been responsive to our needs. The home was perfect for our needs, a mix of some tourist type visiting/dining and getting to the local mountains for a fundraising hike at Mt. Pierce. We were able to have some down time with our two teen boys who played pool in the loft area which was great! I would recommend this home!!

Pete & Katie’s condo is perfect for a weekend getaway. The condo was recently remodeled with many high-end touches. It was spotless when we arrived and had everything we needed for a fantastic weekend. We especially enjoyed the real fireplace and pool/ping-pong table.Pete's communication was excellent before, during and after our visit. He is friendly and a pleasure to work with. Pete went out of his way to ensure we enjoyed our stay.The location is perfect for skiing Attitash, Wildcat and Cranmore, or the countless activities, shops, and restaurants in North Conway. I highly recommend Pete & Katie's condo. We had a fantastic time and will certainly be back.

My son and I stayed here for a ski weekend in February. The townhouse was great - very clean and exactly as advertised. Pete was very communicative and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Cute, cozy, clean and centrally located for the perfect N. Conway getaway!

We rented this condo for a ski weekend with 3 young kids. The location is great, the place was clean and offered plenty of space for everyone. No complaints, we had a great time!

We had a great weekend at Pete and Katie’s Mountain Village Getaway. There were 6 of us and we all agreed it was the perfect place to stay. We were all very comfortable and the house was clean and had everything we needed! So close to shopping in North Conway and we enjoyed a day of disc golf at King Pine ski resort.

Excellent place to stay ! Host was always available for questions or concerns. Beautiful area and convenient to town . Kids loved the upstairs “ game room” So much fun! Can’t wait to go back!!

Very clean and relaxing place to stay

This was a great place to stay while we visited Storyland. The location was great, it was clean, and offered all of the amenities we needed plus more. My 4 year old son loved the loft with games and provided great entertainment while the adults had time to hang out. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook our dinners. Clean and updated bathrooms. If I had to find a negative it was that the mattresses were not comfortable for us. Would definitely book again next time we are in the area.

Pete & Katie’s condo was perfect! Ideal location, impeccably clean, well equipped and 5 star all around. I would definitely book again!

This townhouse is perfect for a North Conway getaway. Two of the bedrooms are outfitted with king beds, making it perfect for two families. The bunk room served the kids well. The kitchen was well stocked with all of the supplies needed for cooking meals. All of the appliances and furnishings were modern and in perfect condition. The Stonehurst Manor property is well maintained. It’s also located centrally to downtown as well as StoryLand and Echo Lake. We cannot wait to visit again!

My extended family has been vacationing in North Conway every summer for 25 years. This home was exactly what we were looking for! Clean, spacious, and well set up. The host was a dream to work with. The location is nearby all the places we like to visit. Beautiful grounds too. We'll definitely be returning to this home when we've laid out our dates for Summer 2025!
