Perfect place for a ND football game weekend!

Really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay there again.

Everything about the house was exactly as presented. Clean, modern comfortable. 4 bedrooms plus mat in basement for extra sleeping. Easy walk to the ND campus. The owner was great to communicate with. I highly recommend the house and will reach out to rent it again on our next visit to Notre Dame.

We loved staying at this home for our son’s college move in weekend. It was perfect for our family of 5.

We had such a wonderful weekend with our group...that included 3 elderly grandparents. The upstairs and basement were a little challenging for the one taller adult...but the house was perfect, in a perfect location, with a perfect hostess. I wish that we had found this house four years earlier!!

We loved the place. Good size, clean, nice neighborhood and the owner helped me resolve any issues I encountered. I recommend it and will definitely stay there again!

Great spot and location to walk to game. Host super easy to communicate with and all in would rent again for sure. Only downside was that the Irish took it to the Tigers

Booked way in advance of our team playing Notre Dame and had four couples stay. Renting was straight forward and easy. Host had some drinks, snacks and coffee with creamers for the morning. Easy, flat walk to campus. Quiet neighborhood. Worked out great. Would recommend to others coming for anything on campus.

Place was perfect, everyone had they're own room for provicy.. Full basement was a hit with my son's..

Perfect stay for a long awaited weekend to see Billy Joel. House is a great location for walking to ND. Exceptionally clean house. Well equipped. All the comforts of home. Safe neighborhood. Overall great weekend. Only thing I would add is it’s a Keurig Coffee maker, some pods were provided which was nice but if your a particular coffee person take note. Also could use a larger frying pan, hard to make bacon and eggs for 8 with 1 small frying pan.

This home was absolutely lovely. It was very comfortable and cozy. Super convenient to ND. We were all impressed with all the attention to detail Mindy has given this home, we had everything we needed at our fingertips. Comfortable beds, plenty of towels and extra blankets and pillows. Especially, loved that it was prestocked with some coffee, snacks and beverages to get you started. The enclosed front porch was a great bonus space to relax, as well as leave your shoes, instead taking up floor space inside the front door. We were also thrilled we were able to bring our dog. She loved walking the neighborhood, and perusing the backyard! Great place and super clean!

Owner is extremely responsive and so helpful; coffee and snacks were a sweet touch. Enjoyed the weekend with our son over Easter weekend, grilled out, and enjoyed family time. We were two couples, daughter and son in law, stayed in basement, and our son in the loft area, we were in first floor. When we read reviews, someone posted that this is exactly as listed, and I agree. Clean, near campus, and lovely. And the host is extremely responsive and kind.
