Stayed Sep 22, 2023Amazing location near ND. Property is in average/good shape considering it is a VRBO. Needed additional patio furniture. Alarm information needs to be with the access code. Missing some kitchen kitchen items such as cookie sheets, etc. Overall, we enjoyed our experience.

Stayed Jun 1, 2023The air conditioning is insufficient for the house. The third floor never got cool while the basement was freezing. The owner didn’t seem to care. It was very difficult to sleep in the heat. There are no fans to help. Also did not care about a plumbing issue with the toilet in the main bathroom upstairs. Side minor issues—needs a new coffee pot, some furniture needs repair, and the trash drawer needs some minor repairs too. On the plus side towels and sheets were good. Location is good. Nice large space.
