Stayed Nov 6, 2025The location was perfect for a Notre Dame football game; within walking distance. There is plenty of space. The home resembles a college rental, so some of the spaces reflect that. All working utilities; washer/dryer a plus. Owner had good communication and was responsive. Very close to different shops and amenities.

Stayed Oct 27, 2023Property stunk like many cats lived there .. 2 pieces of furniture are literally slipcovered & falling apart .. carpets stained .. no over head light in our bedroom .. only a table lamp .. upholstered headboard that is stained .. basement bedrooms are super sketchy & dated .. hole in basement wall at the bottom of the steps .. overhead light in the kitchen would randomly turn off .. garage is filled w old carpets & construction materials .. backyard w old tires & garbage .. garbage cans in backyard totally filled w garbage & grass clippings .. looks like it hasn’t gone to the curb in weeks .. looks like this is trying to be a cheap flip .. literally as we were leaving sewage started to back up into the tub & sprayed up into the bathroom sink … no way to open any windows except the kitchen .. the smell is a huge turnoff .. only 1 garbage bag in the house … this property needs to be updated ..

Stayed May 20, 2023When arriving we were notified the property had one less bathroom available than promised. The downstairs bathroom was out of order. When contacting the property manager to see about a prorated price she offered a partial refund and then never sent it. Other than that everyone was as promised and it worked for our group to stay overnight in south bend
