Stayed Jan 1, 2024Nicely located in a quiet neighborhood between Bradenton and Sarasota with a water view. Kitchen was well equiped. Beds were comfortable. Seating and lighting were not the best, but overall we were pleased with our one month stay.

Stayed Apr 2, 2023House is spacious - more than appears in the photos with a lovely covered deck at the back, perfect for morning coffees overlooking the water. It is 20 mins away from the beaches so a car is needed. House is well appointed with everything you need including decent kitchenware and Kelly was a very kind host, excellent communication and left us a lovely welcome basket with a bottle of wine! Very good value property if you're prepared to be a bit away from the beaches. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here.

Stayed Dec 1, 2022Kelly was very accommodating and responsive to my needs. She supplied nearly everything we needed so it was nice knowing I didn’t need to run to the store constantly. Property was clean & well maintained!

Stayed Jan 1, 2022We had a wonderful stay in a great location with a beautiful view of the bay. Great communication with owner. Lots of things to do in the area, and lots of beaches within a half hour drive. We would definitely stay again.
