Northwest-style cabin with stunning ocean views & nearby beach access

This is a nicely-designed home with attention to detail. Secluded but still easy access to downtown Coupeville.

First I would like to say, the property is lovely, and the home is well equipped and is very cozy. My issue is that this listing is deceptive, you are not renting an entire home if you read the fine print. After booking, the full information from Vacasa will expand on the unit downstairs, however what it does not mention is that this cabin is not insulated in the slightest; you can hear every conversation downstairs and they will complain about your walking above their heads. What is specifically not mentioned until after booking, is that the hot-tub amenities are shared with the other unit’s guests. I personally am not interested in sharing essentially bath water with strangers, so I contacted customer service. The host then reached out to me and I will say she was less than kind. If you are looking for privacy and don’t want to wait in line to use the hot-tub, it’s a skip.

Clean, well appointed with comfortable beds and sharp knives in the kitchen. The only drawback was the garbage disposal didn’t work and the was no mesh screen for the sink drain.

Property was beautifully decorated and spacious. The location and view were also amazing.

House was beautiful! View was great. Need newer towels (avoid white) and newer rugs in master bath (avoid white) and floor wasnt working inmaster bathroom fot heat. About 10 reps txted me but no one could help. We would stay here again. We are very picky and it was serene and just what we needed.

We live on the island and decided to spend some quality time together just the two of us. The accommodations were top notch and so comfortable. We have decided to make this an annual event at the Oyster House.

I recently spent a weekend at a stunning water view cabin, and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the breathtaking views. The cabin was beautifully designed, combining rustic charm with modern amenities. Every detail was thoughtfully curated, making it feel like a cozy home away from home. We spent our mornings sipping coffee on the spacious deck, soaking in the serene views, and listening to the gentle sounds of nature. The cabin was equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing retreat, from a fully stocked kitchen to comfortable bedding that made for the perfect night's sleep. During the day, we enjoyed exploring the nearby beach and then returned to unwind in the hot tub as we watched the sunset over the water. This place truly felt like a slice of paradise. The owner was friendly and attentive, ensuring our stay was nothing short of perfect. If you're looking for a peaceful escape to recharge and reconnect with nature, this water view cabin is the ideal spot. I can't wait to return for another weekend of relaxation and adventure! Beautiful retreat!

We loved our stay at the Oyster House! Lots of fun for our 10-year old, including a great walk and exploring shells on the beach. Beautiful spot!

Great house for an ocean getaway. Amazing kitchen, beautiful view, and overall great place. We were unable to get into the house at first, but Vacasa helped us resolve it quickly. Also, one thing to note is that when renting this house you’re sharing a building with other occupants in different sections of the building.

We had a lovely time- enjoyed the view, the fire pit, the deck, the grill and kitchen. It is really a place for 4 adults not six. The second bedroom has a full bed and a futon like couch but is really not enough room for 4 adults. Also the dining table had a bench and two chairs. The master bath was luxurious- towel warmer, 3 water points. Place is smaller than it looks in pictures. Kitchen is appointed well. We had a serious issue with the hot tub and could not use it for 2 of our 4 days. That was very disappointing.

The Oyster House was a beautiful property! We hope to return in the future! We do wish that there had been a washer and dryer on site. Our only regret was not having more down time during our trip to enjoy the property more!! The hot tub and sunset view was great after a long day of hiking and exploring!

This place is gorgeous. It has a view of the water and is tastefully decorated. The couch and master bed are both very comfortable. The driveway is a bit steep and narrow so be sure to proceed with caution. The only negative thing I have to say is whoever cleans the place is not particularly attentive.
