The home is situated in Admirals Cove, a quiet hillside neighborhood with west-facing views over Admiralty Inlet and beautiful island sunsets.

Guests have access to the private community beach with amenities including salmon fishing, firepits, playground, basketball, and horseshoes. Inside, you’ll find a vaulted living space with woodstove, well-stocked kitchen with radiant heat floors. Outside, enjoy your morning coffee under the covered front porch (rain OR shine), the back deck, or second story balcony overlooking the backyard.

Kitchen: stocked with all necessities for a homemade meal, basic pantry items (flour, sugar, oil, spices), coffee and tea bar. Help yourselves to the herb garden in the front yard!

Backyard: deck for outdoor dining, fully fenced back yard for all of your critters to run and play.

Traveling with a pet We welcome your well-behaved dog and provide a dog bed, bowls, and cleanup bags to make traveling with your four-legged friend easier. We ask that you not leave them unattended in the home, a crate is available if requested at the time of booking. Pet fee applies, must be included in your reservation.

You may occasionally see Navy jets flying overhead during weekday training flights. Many guests enjoy watching them! They do not fly on weekends, and we provide earplugs if you’re a light sleeper.

Guest access:
Guests will have the whole house and grassy front/back side yards to themselves. Please respect the fenced-in owner's garden space, access is not included at this time.

No access to the locked garage, locked Primary or King bedroom closets

House Rules for Dogs:
1. Limit: Up to 2 well-behaved dogs are welcome.
2. Supervision: don’t leave dogs unattended in the home unless they’re crated. If you need a crate let me know *in advance*
3. Furniture: Dogs are not allowed on beds or furniture.
4. Clean-Up: Pick up after your dog outside and dispose of waste in the outdoor trash bin
5. Towels: Please use the provided “dog towels” for muddy paws (not guest towels).
6. Noise: Be mindful of barking—our neighborhood is peaceful and we’d like to keep it that way.
7. Damage: Any pet-related damage or extra cleaning may result in additional charges.

    What a beautiful home to stay in on the island. Very clean and this place has all of the extras. My only complaint was the ice machine was not working. Other than that everything was perfect.

    One of the best rentals we've ever stayed at. Spacious living areas and bedrooms, full kitchen, wood fireplace, and a fenced backyard for playing with our dog. Quick walk to a beach, and short drive to Coupeville. Would absolutely stay here again!

    This house was amazing. Beautiful and everything was as described in the listing - perfect size for our family and a great, cozy environment to meet our new grandson. Andrea was amazing - she provided a detailed book of things to do and places to go on the island, proper instructions on checking in and out, and was very helpful and friendly to work with. Definitely worth another stay in the future!
