Stayed Aug 20, 2022This is a multiplex right in downtown of Two Harbors on the Main Street. There is a few properties also listed on VRBO. I enjoyed the stay. The rooms were clean and stylish. The host was responsive. Would recommend if you need a stay around the area.

Stayed Oct 23, 2025Overall, the property was clean and comfortable. The bedrooms were a good size and worked well for the adults and teens who stayed with us. However, the noise from the highway was relatively loud in the front bedroom at night. The kitchen and living room space were small for 3 adults and 2 teens. We had brought food along to utilize the kitchen and save money on eating out, but we found the kitchen to lack some functionality as there were no empty cabinets or shelves to store food. Also, we only found one dish cloth and one dish towel with no pot holders. The aesthetic of the property was great. Excellent decorative choices throughout.

Stayed Oct 17, 2025A great place to stay in Two Harbors. There must have been children in the unit above us. Running and dropping things was kind of loud until what was probably their bedtime.

Stayed Sep 30, 2025The place was nice and in a great location. Could use some more coffee mugs and some updates on some doors but nothing serious. It would also be nice to have a book there with details on checkout and some suggestions for restaurants etc.

Stayed Aug 4, 2025Traveled with 2 other girlfriends for a trip up north. We had the main level of a house which was decorated so cute! I took home many decorating ideas as loved the modern cabin look. Kitchen well stocked with supplies. Location was on a main street so a little noisy with traffic but all the sound machines and fans helped with the traffic noise. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed Jul 11, 2025Our stay was excellent from the moment we arrive. Great parking. The house was clean. Coffee, cream and sugar provided. The house was beautifully decorated and comfy. Beds were very comfortable. My husband and i wished we had stayed in back bedroom due to the early road noise on 7th Avenue. The air conditioner would have drown the noise out if i would have thiught about it. The bathroom was clean and the shower spacious. The whole house was set up to create a relaxed environment. The location is excellent to walk anywhere in town. Thankyou for the privilege to stay here. I would use this site again

Stayed Oct 14, 2024Was a good stay for the most part. Some near falls on stairway to entrance - some repairs are needed to railing and steps. Had to empty the dishwasher from previous visitors stay and there was some “late night cleaning” that took place around 10:30pm when all were settled into bed to rest for the next day. No instructions were left regarding where to put soiled towels and wash clothes or where to “find” cleaning supplies or trash bags or what was expected regarding so we hope our efforts were respectful. We made sure we left the site as clean as we found it and used very few of the amenities while there. The site was beautifully decorated and the owner replied promptly to questions. It was an enjoyable stay for the most part aside from these few mentions. We would recommend to others.

Stayed Aug 24, 2024We stayed in Northern Lights on our way back to the cities from a family trip. It was spotlessly clean, super convenient. Many things within easy walking distance: pizza places, breakfast and Castle Danger Brewery, to name just a few. Beds were comfortable, and though we didn’t cook, it would be an easy kitchen to cook in with plenty of supplies. Next time we need a convenient North Shore stop, we’d stay again!

Stayed Aug 20, 2024Best VRBO I’ve ever stayed in. A lovely old house converted into a beautifully appointed flat with everything you could possibly want. Decor and appointments top notch, down to the Northern Lights theme with mood lighting and sound machines in each bedroom. Coffee bar was great - beans provided to grind fresh! Couldn’t ask for more.

Stayed Aug 12, 2024Cute place, good location. ZERO direct communication with host, including passcode for door. If it wasn't for the sweet stranger nearby who had local connections and was willing to make a phone call on our behalf, we would not have been able to get in to the house!

Stayed Aug 2, 2024Loved the property's location for restaurants, events, and coffee shops. The layout of the rooms was perfect for our family (two parents, one grandparent, one toddler, and one infant). However, the AC unit is located in the primary bedroom; we needed to leave the door open to that room to cool the other bedrooms. The tower fans helped in each room, but it was hard falling asleep, as it was hot, and returning mid-day in August to a hot house was not ideal.

Stayed Jul 31, 2024This is a great location, clean, well stocked, and easy access. Just a head up on a couple things , it is off the Main Street, and therefore very loud in regards to road noise, and also the tenants upstairs if there is someone booked in that one also, clomp clomp clomp, from about 6-11 pm. It does NOT have central air, but rather a larger portable unit in the”master” that really doesn’t reach the rest of the house. Master stayed cool while other 2 bedrooms were almost uncomfortably hot: mini splits would solve this issue. As much as I liked the decor, there was almost too much of it and it made certain areas look cluttered, but maybe because I’m a bit of a minimalist. Overall, I’d stay again, just maybe not in the warmer months, maybe in the fall. It’s definitely worth booking.

Stayed Jul 23, 2024Great place to stay, very comfortable and close to shops if that’s what you are looking for. My bed was great. Coffee bar was a big hit with us. Outside steps need some attention, but overall I would stay there again.
