I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great spot for a holiday with the kids and dog. Opposite the dog off leash area, minutes away from Theodolite Creek which is perfect for kids, two doors from the hotel which has great meals. The house was very comfortable and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Stayed May 19, 2025House is tired, mildew in light fittings, aircon vent and some fly screens clogged with dust and fluff, only one hot plate working normally, other 3 heating red roar, no drip plates under the hotplates, rust in oven and hotplate surround rings. Lovely fridge but overall, a very tired, small 3 bedroom house. Compared to other beachfront Woodgate accommodation, this house is not worth the money charged.

Reviewer Comments: Michelle chose very well for us.A small low set house, near the beach and in walking distance to our Family renting around in 1st AveI am on a Wheelie Walker and I could easily walk to the family.Also my husband and I enjoyed walks on the beach at low tide.

Some very thoughtful touches, as in hooks for hanging, in most rooms. Clean & fresh smelling. Location superb for bringing our dog - leash free beach almost opposite house & the hotel one door away. Very large fenced yard.

So close to the beach , right beside the pub that does great meals and clean house with everything you need. We had a 3 night stay and didn’t want to go home- so relaxing !
