The whole house has beautiful tile and laminate wood floors throughout, two full size spacious bathrooms, a kitchen with all the essentials, as well as a full size washer and dryer. The main area is an open concept with the kitchen, dining room, work station, and living room with a gas fireplace.

The Agave room is warm and inviting with neutral tones, lots of natural light, smart TV, and a King size bed with brand new mattress, bedding, and sheets. You'll also find a super comfortable chair that converts into a single bed for an added guest (perfect for a child or small adult). There is an en suite bathroom attached with a jetted tub along with a large master closet for luggage. The Turquoise room gives you some subtle southwest charm and includes a smart TV and a queen size bed with brand new mattress, bedding, and sheets. All bedrooms have charging stations available at the bedside tables.

The living room also includes a gas fireplace that turns on with the click of a light switch for ambiance and added warmth along with a large smart TV for logging in and watching all your favorite streaming services.

The dining room is spacious with a table for 4 guests with the option of including the desk chair for seating for 5 guests. A workspace and desk is available in the main living space for working remotely or virtual learning with Wifi. The front entrance seating area and back patio are available for relaxing in the shade or on a cool evening.
