We would love to have you come stay at our beautiful home right off of the North Shore. We have 4 bedrooms, huge living room and kitchen area plus a loft area upstairs. 1 queen, 4 full and 12 twin beds. Plus extra couch space and room to add people. We have room to sleep 22 in beds and even more when you include couches and other areas. Have had groups of 40+ before using floor space.

Stayed Jul 11, 2024This house worked perfectly for our family. We each had our own space and bathrooms. Very clean and close to Bear Lake North Beach which was great.

Stayed Jul 3, 2024Very nice home. Master shower was so large, everyone wanted to use it instead of the other two showers! Master suite was very private from rest of home. Quiet.

Stayed Sep 1, 2023We enjoyed our stay at this property! We love going to the North Beach, so the location was great for us. The inside was very clean and had lots of room to spread out the 4 families that shared the house. The curb appeal was a little off putting at first with the dirt drive and plenty of weeds, but the inside of the home served our needs very well. We had some issues with the fridge that hopefully will get addressed by the property owner now that they have been brought to their attention, (fridge wasn't staying cold, and the ice machine did not work.) The metal frame bunk beds were a bit noisy anytime anyone rolled over, but the mattresses were comfortable. We had to put our own flat sheets on all the bunk the beds, as there weren't any put on, there were plenty in the linen closet, so that was helpful, but since I'm sure the comforters aren't cleaned regularly, we did expect that the sheets would be on the beds. We liked that the loft area and the front room were large enough to spread out the kids so they could do different activities and hang out. The location close to North Beach and the Minnetonka Caves was also a big plus!

Stayed Jul 6, 2023We had a family reunion at the property and had a great time. There were 40 of us, 35 of which stayed the night. There were not beds for all of us, but some pitched a tent and others brought air mattresses and there was plenty space. The home was clean and comfortable.

Stayed Feb 18, 2023We have property in the Bear Lake Valley and enjoy snowmobiling and sledding. This home allowed us to do that. It is clean, fairly new and in a quiet neighborhood. We would definitely rent this home again.
