Stayed Sep 27, 2025We chose this property for medical reasons due to its proximity to the Mayo Clinic, and overall, we found the property fantastic. It offered high-quality finishes, ample space in a smaller footprint, and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Initally, the host's responsiveness and accommodations were greatly appreciated. However, our plans changed unexpectedly with about 2.5 weeks remaining when my father was discharged earlier than anticipated due to a speedy recovery. This reduced our need for the full term of the initial reservation.While I understand this change was not at all the fault of the host, I was disappointed by the complete lack of communication after I informed her of our early departure and inquired about a partial refund. Even a simple no to our refund request would have been understandable, and at the very least, an acknowledgment of our early departure would have been appreciated. The silence for the remainder of our reservation was concerning.Other than that this is a great property if your looking for something in North Scottsdale, AZ.

Stayed Mar 1, 2025Villa was comfortable and well furnished. The owner/host is very responsive and easily accessible. The villa development is overall quiet but this rental unit is close to Bell Road which has high traffic volume. Apparently there is no noise ordinance enforcement on Scottsdale streets so loud vehicles are frequently heard from 5:30 in the morning until 10:30 or later in the evening. It can become quite annoying during an extended stay.

Stayed Dec 14, 2024My husband, a native Phoenician, and I moved to Florida a few years ago. Even he was surprised this location was incredibly convenient to every single thing we did over our three week stay. Additionally, I love that the property is so close to Mayo, and so miles and miles of running trails.
