The host was perfectly attentive - made sure everything was in order but not at all overbearing. The house was spotless when we checked in and all appliances worked perfectly. The grill is very. My wife and I loved the neighborhood. Many, many restaurants, coffee shops and brew pubs all within easy walking distance. I highly recommend both this house and the management company

This was the best experience I have ever had with a Host. They checked on our stay everyday to make sure we didn't need anything. We needed a new propane tank to grill dinner amd we didn't notice till late afternoon, I let them know not expecting a response or the ability to get a tank. I was wrong not only did they reply but they got us a new tank in time to cook dinner, from the time of the first message till we got the tank was maybe 4 hours. Very happy with the house, its location and extremely happy with their customer service!

Host was great. Property was great. Parking was a challenge since my Highlander would not fit in the garage. (had to park in alley behind the property)

This is a great house in a great central location. The neighborhood was so fun with a great BBQ place very close by and a great coffee shop just down the street. The house has a great yard and was well stocked for all our needs. Was very clean!Would definitely stay here again.

Very well appointed property including the yard. As a senior parking was not always available in the same block. Walking at night seemed safe enough but no streetlights made it very dark. There is a bar around the corner and a taco truck that comes plus to small stores so there is lots of activity at night. It was not real loud though.

Our stay was lovely. The bungalow is charming and exceptionally clean. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need; a gas stove, two types of coffee makers, skillets, utensils, dinnerware, glassware. It is all is great condition. There is also a dishwasher and a washer/dryer. The little touches from the host such as coffee, spices, and a welcome treat were a delightful surprise. The living room is flooded with light in the late afternoons, creating a very cozy vibe. The yard is so pretty. The front is set up as a courtyard with a gate and beautiful foliage. The front porch is a relaxing oasis to sit and watch the world go by. The backyard is large with grass, a nice touch for a dog friendly house, and has a gas grill. There is also a small dining area. The bathroom was filled with plenty of towels and toiletries. There were even beach towels in the linen closet. The beds have great linens and there are feather/down pillows which are a rare find. The location can't be beat. The neighborhood is quaint and walkable. There are two open space trails very close to the house. The cultural center of Balboa Park is an easy 5-10 minute drive and the zoo is even closer. The hosting team is fantastic, they communicated everything you need to know and were quick to respond to any questions. I highly recommend a visit here. We were both sad to leave which always indicates a wonderful vacation was had.

A charming, very clean historic home in North Park's Altadena neighborhood. The furnishings are all nice and quite comfortable, the front porch is a lovely place to sit and the backyard is beautiful and private which was perfect for our dogs to have a place to run and play. The garage is tight but nice to have since street parking can be hit/miss. This is a wonderful location in a very friendly and lively neighborhood, walking distance to the shops and restaurants along 30th and University Ave. as well as Balboa Park. We really enjoyed our stay and recommend this property.

This house was perfect for us. It is close to a wonderful brewery, a bbq restaurant, and a small grocery store. Situated with easy access to all the places we wanted to visit such as the Midway and the Zoo. The home had all the amenities we needed and the beds were so comfortable. We enjoyed sitting in the garden relaxing. I thoroughly recommend this property.

This house was a perfect place to stay, walkable to many places. It’s just 1/2 a mile from family in the area, which is why we came to visit. Small but well manicured outdoor space, definitely perfect for a small dog to run around. We did not need to use the garage but it was nice that it was available. Small grocery just around the corner was convenient, and the BBQ across the street was very good. We will definitely plan to stay here again when we return to the area. Communication with the property manager was also excellent.

Great property. Really cool private backyard. Walking distance to alot of good places to eat or have drinks. BBQ place across the street is awesome. Only minor drawback is parking in the area is limited to street parking and the garage for the house just barely fit the Toyota Camary we drove there in. If you’re coming in a bigger car or multiple cars in your group it will be tricky. But overall great house in a cool little artsy town.

Loved the property and location. Yes, getting in the garage was tight, but doable. Great coffee spot with fresh pastries and breakfast sandwiches just down the street. House was clean and comfortable. A good choice.
