Stayed Dec 31, 1969When we arrived the code wasn’t working and we had to wait to get that fixed. When we walked in the heater was not working and it was really cold. Apparently there was a power outage, although the owner did send someone to get the heat fixed, I wish the owner would have checked that everything was working prior to our arrival. Just an inconvenience. There was also roaches. Just not a good stay.

Stayed Nov 2, 2023The experience was fairly nice, except for a few things. In my family’s bedroom the sheets were stained, I also saw a roach in bathroom by the Exit door. I really didn’t care for having to get out of bed to check the Breaker Box outside. Please consider having the City Services address piled up debris in the front yard next. Thanks for the opportunity to to voice these concerns.

Stayed Feb 16, 2023As advertised, convenient to everything that Vegas has to offer. Property mgmnt/mgr kept in touch on regular basis and even though didn't have any issues, I knew she was just a text away. Will definitely consider staying again and will check out the other properties they have to offer.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This house was in the perfect spot to were we were staying 5 blocks away! Beautiful location, very safe, and beautiful! If you need a place to stay near the strip, this is it! 5 stars!
