My family had a great time here.

Unfortunately, Hot tub was not working.

I stayed at this rental with my family and we absolutely loved it, the check in process was quick and easy. We had no issues at all and would absolutely come back!

Overall a very wonderful cabin! Thank you for allowing our family to vacation here! :)

Beautiful setting, comfortable home.

Everything was so clean , nice view and my grandkids enjoyed.

Perfect location in north Lake Tahoe. House had all amenities and instructions for checking in and out were super easy!

Beds were in very poor shape. Only 2 washcloths for 4 people! Only 2 hand towels. Bath towels sufficient. No dishcloth in the kitchen and only 1 dish towel. Furniture on deck very dirty. Hot tub cloudy and extremely hot. Blinds in 2 bedrooms broken.

Ir was a wonderful stay

The house is in a quiet location. You can tell the house is dated and it would be nice to see some upgraded features like new mattresses. The kitchen countertops are nice but the cupboards were super old and most of the dishes were dirty when we arrived. Not a deal-breaker. There's a dishwasher there and we washed everything. The deck was nice, but again, old furniture. We didn't use the hot tub so I can't comment. Overall, the house is a beautiful house but could use some TLC. (Like the toilet paper roll was broken downstairs. That's an easy fix). You could easily take 1-2 payments from guests and reinvest it into the house. This would be a huge improvement. Communication was not great. Even though codes were in the initial email, they were buried below and missed. That's my fault but it would be an easy fix to just put that information right at the top. We were calling attempting to try to reach the host but didn't receive anything until the next day. Overall, the house is nice, just dated. It's too bad that they don't give it some TLC. It would really go a long ways. It was a nice place to relax. Especially the deck.

Beautiful house, beautiful location! Had everything we needed. Great hosts!!!

This house is spacious and very well designed for a family group hanging out in the open wood-paneled living room with high ceilings or dining out on the lovely deck. We made several elaborate dinners/breakfasts, and the kitchen was very accommodating (with dishwasher!) It doesn’t directly overlook the lake, though you can see patches of the water through branches of beautiful tall trees. It’s also very close to Kings Beach and only 15 mins or so from Tahoe City, where there are many great restaurants and good ol’ Fanny Bridge, by the Truckee River.

Our stay was excellent!!! The cabin was perfect for our family and is in a great location. We had 9 people, 5 adults and 4 kids, and fit easily with everyone having a place to sleep. No issues or complaints for us. We would definitely stay here again!

The house is nice and big but many things in the kitchen are old and in disrepair. There is a mouse that lives in the house. I first saw its poo on the living room side table and then we saw it running by the TV during the night. The host lists a private pool and bbq as amenities. They confirmed that there is no pool and we aren't allowed to use the bbq, it was locked up. It could use a visit from the owners to update the kitchen supplies and it needs more towels for the kitchen and bathrooms. The hot tub was very chlorinated, so much my kids were coughing while sitting in it. Aside from those things, we did enjoy how close it was to the lake, the views and the spaciousness. The cooling system was very nice and worked well. We all slept comfortably on the beds, the master has a sleep number bed which was a nice surprise.

Nice house,

The house is not very clean. Mice in the house with there turds around the edges. The hot tub is also unclean and luke warm. Carpeting downstairs is dirty and smells musty. The house was listed as having 2 BBQ'S but had none. The owner said county rules, but every other house had a bbq. The owner was very rude on the phone, stating if I didn't like it to leave. Trash was overflowing, owners son emptied 2nd day. I would not stay at this house. We stay at 6-8 vrbo's a year, definitely the dirtiest one so far.

Very accommodating home for my family of 7. Enough space inside and out. Close to beaches and shops and beautiful quiet neighborhood. Was very happy with it

This cabin was exactly what we needed. From hot tub to location. Property manager has everything you need inside and has helpful instructions for check in and out. Over all a wonderful weekend!

Great relaxing place to stay

Extremely well located, easy access, beautiful property.

Home was acceptable and overall nice, but there were some oddities that could be easily addressed that would have made this stay better. The kitchen tools were all haphazardly stowed, so it was rather confusing finding equipment needed to cook our meals. The downstairs bathroom didn’t have a soap dispenser, just a large bottle of soap refill. There weren’t any shower supplies like soap, shampoo, or conditioner, which is a first. The vacuum and electric lid for the garbage didn’t properly work. That said, the hot tub was excellent, the home had charm, and the beds were clean and comfortable!

Great location. Close to restaurants. Close to ski resorts. Hot tub was very nice after a long day of skiing. Thank you. Had a great time.

Loved the property, Zachary was amazingly responsive to needs and questions. FYI Some of the beds in the bunk room were a bit uncomfortable due to wood and thin mattresses. Only request is a booklet that talks about specifics..we saw a note on the hot tub to put in a certain cleaner, but couldn’t locate it. The TV was hard to operate due to no instructions, and maybe low batteries in the remote for Roku.Definitely would love to stay again!

Our experience with the cabin was a 10/10. The decor, the cozy environment and the little details made our stay a memorable one. We will definitely return for our future stays and recommend to our close friends and family.

Great home but lack of available sauna and bbq was disappointing.

Overall, my family and I enjoyed the stay, the place was perfect!! The location was perfect as well. I would come back again!

Beautiful neighborhood, close to park for family sledding, Tahoe City, King’s beach. Well stocked kitchen and plenty of pillows and comforters in bedrooms. Great wood stove. Would stay again!

We love it specially my grandkids

The location can’t be beat. It’s close to beaches and to many of the cute towns in North Tahoe. We really enjoyed the quiet on the deck each morning surrounded by nature. There was enough seating for our family of five but would be a challenge if you had more. We did enjoy the deck, but it could’ve use the umbrella or something to block the sun in the afternoon and evenings. The kitchen needs some updating. The supplies were limited. There were not enough utensils for eating for our family of five. The outside of the house has been well maintained and the hot tub was nice to come home to after a long hike. Over all we enjoyed our time here, but the house does need a little TLC.

We did a girls weekend and this was the perfect home base. Super close to the beach, we each got our own bed and the hot tub and porch were huge bonuses. The host was also incredibly accommodating about an earlier check-in time.

We stayed here to be in close proximity to family staying nearby for a family reunion. The cabin is cute and spacious upstairs with a decently sized kitchen. The cabin itself has a very cozy comfy vibe, a nice respite from the family gathering. My main complaints: not enough air conditioning, not clean enough, and the place is in need of some updates. For example, the washing machine made our clothing stink, there were fake eyelashes and a prescription cholesterol medication left in the downstairs rooms, some trash (tags from clothing) likely from previous guests, and the dresser surface was dirty in one of the rooms. There was also quite the ant infestation and they were crawling all over us while sitting on the couch. The kettle in the kitchen is full of calcium deposits, and the kitchen could use some deep cleaning. It’s clear the guests are told to clean the dishes but the owners don’t double check. For as much as the place costs, I would have expected higher standards in cleanliness. We were thankful for the wall unit (Mr Cool) a/c in the living room and portable AC in the room we put our baby to sleep in but the other rooms were unbearably hot. With a few updates to the place (new kitchen appliances, utensils, dishes, etc, more AC and some deep cleaning this place would be a much better experience.
