It was clean. The view was great sitting on the porch and was so peaceful.

Very accommodating host. Beautiful home and scenery. Would love to go back again.

A wonderful house, that has lots of space. We took our adult daughter, her husband and 4 children to the mountains. We had plenty of space for everyone, and the house was very well stocked with kitchen needs, towels, sheets, washer/dryer. It was not an issue, but there is a one lane road to get to the property of about a half mile. We were in and out multiple times over the four days, and only met another car once. Like everything in Clayton, you go with the flow. We will definitely stay with these excellent hosts again!

Exceeded expectations

This was easily one of the best and prettiest places we have stayed. I would totally recommend this place!

It was a beautiful cabin tucked in a perfect location. It was spacious. Perfect if you have kids!

This place is absolutely perfect. Views from large front porch are gorgeous, very relaxing and secluded via beautiful foliage. House is roomy and comfortable, very clean. There is nothing to fix. Close to town and convenient to several State Parks for hiking and water activities. I highly recommend this location and would stay here again!

The cabin had a gorgeous view of a mountain peak, which made the patio the best place to hang out. We spent most of our trip out there chatting and enjoying the view, and the rest inside around the table playing games. The beds were comfortable, having live tv was nice, and there was a lot in the area to do (especially enjoyed the indoor flea market). If we ever visit Clayton again we know we're going to try and book this property.

Loved this cabin! The place was beautiful, clean, and had everything that you would have at home. Great location to the state parks, rafting, rivers, and an out door lovers dreams!!

This was the perfect place for us. So close to everything, yet feels like you are miles away! Great view of Pinnacle Knob! Really enjoyed relaxing on the porch. The cabin was equipped with everything we needed. We will be back soon!

The cabin view is spectacular even in February. The inside of the cabin is absolutely gorgeous and immaculate. Will be coming back!

Everything was perfect, very clean, awesome views and wasn’t far from all the adventures, dining, and shopping.

This was our second trip to this property and it was, again, a really great time. The house is spotless, and very comfortable. The weather was pretty cold this time and the heating system works really well. It was decorated for Christmas and we really appreciated that. The kitchen has everything you need and the appliances are clean. We all especially enjoyed the porch which has comfortable seating and an incredible view. Check in was simple and the owner quickly answers questions and is helpful. We are looking forward to visiting this property again.

Our trip was to celebrate a good friends birthday. Greg the owner was beyond accommodating! The house was very nice and extremely clean. We are already planning our next trip!

We had a great adventure as we explored the waterfalls, wineries, and state parks. The cabin was one of the best stocked VRBOs we have stayed at. Spotless, everything you could imagine was in the kitchen cupboards and drawers, along with comfortable beds, plenty of soap and supplies. Responsive host when we had a question. So glad it was our choice and we hope to return!

The location was great. We felt safe and appreciated the quiet neighborhood. The beds and couches were comfortable. There was plenty of space for cooking and eating and lounging for our family of 6. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals

We loved the Mountain Place! It was beautiful, well equipped and very comfortable. (Three nice bedrooms, but we only used two.) Our host was helpful and easy to communicate with when we had questions. We hope to stay here again in the future!

This house exceeded our expectations! It’s super clean and so welcoming. We immediately felt comfortable. The furniture is well kept throughout the home, and we all slept really well. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need for cooking. We loved the porch, the view is incredible. It’s surrounded with forest and you are looking up at mountains, but within 5 minutes you can be in town at the grocery store! We really appreciate all the thoughtful extras and are already looking forward to coming back.

We could not have asked for a more perfect place to stay. The location was close to town but private. The cabin was furnished and equipped with everything we could need. The owner was accessible and helpful. The mountain view from the porch was restful and lovely. Loved spending time in the rockers on the porch. Hope to come again!

Quiet, tranquil, peaceful, serene, million dollar view, VERY CLEAN, and they’ve thought of everything you could possibly need. A home away from home! Great location and easy access. Close to restaurants and grocery stores. They even provide the GOOD paper towels and toilet tissue!

The property is tucked away in the mountains and has a spectacular view of the mountain top.Sitting on the front porch was so peaceful and our favorite place to hang. We felt comfortable in the house immediately, nice beds and high quality linens/towels with an open floor plan.I would recommend this place to family and friends.

Everything about our stay was great. The location is very convenient to Clayton but quiet and secluded. The view of pinnacle knob from the front porch rocking chair was amazing. This was our first trip to Clayton and we enjoyed the downtown area with nice shops and restaurants. Our favorite was the rusty bike. Highly recommend it. Our favorite hike was the Hemlock falls trail. The cabin was very clean and had everything anyone could need.

We were very happy with the location, view and the house. I traveled with my sister and my 90 year old Dad. The house met our needs with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The living room, kitchen & dining room were very spacious and clean. We had a great time and will rent again on our next visit..

I loved it

This cabin rental was fantastic. It is super clean, well maintained, and kept up to date. The location is very easily accessible and has a very nice front porch view. The other cabins and homes in the area are not right on top of you which is nice and keeps the cabin private. The owner was very responsive when I reached out. I definitely recommend this rental and when I'm in the area again I will definitely rent this place again.

This was the perfect place for our new family tradition of having Christmas in the mountains! The house was super clean and comfortable. Also, the mountain side that the house sits on is so beautiful! This rental had everything we needed to make this a memorable holiday! We will definitely stay here again in the future!

My mother in law & I came to Clayton to enjoy some much needed time away. This cabin could not have been more perfect! From the time you sit in the rocking chairs on the front porch to enjoy the view to the wonderfully comfortable beds, it feels like home. The cabin was immaculate and was perfectly decorated with Christmas decor. The welcome letter and directions for your stay were clear and to the point which I appreciated. Some hosts post ridiculous rules, expectations. Thankfully, this was not the case. The cabin is conveniently situated no more than 5 minutes from anything you could need/want(places to eat, shopping, etc)

Our stay was cozy and comfortable. Clean. Beautiful view. The only things to change: Sheets on queen bed off living room have rough texture from wear. Directions for gas logs seem outdated and I wasn’t able to start them. We plan to come back.

This was a get way weekend for me and two friends (girls weekend), the place was perfect, the location, accommodations and cleanness. We enjoyed our stay very much! We found lots to do in North Georgia.

We were very impressed with the place. It's lovingly cared for and full of little touches you don't even see in the photographs. Things are even better in real life than the photos--and how often can you say that?! We appreciated the extra touches such as the board games, the extra cooking supplies (spices, etc.) in the cabinet, quality toilet paper and toiletries, and the stuffed bear rug and fun bear pillows and bears in the room with the bunk beds. The master bathroom in particular was amazing and so spacious. The porch was a lovely place to rock and enjoy the mountain. As many have noted, it's great to be so close to downtown Clayton and Black Rock Mountain but also be away from the hustle and bustle of 441 and in the lovely wooded setting. It is a wonderful place cared for by kind people who will be quick to help and put you at ease. We highly recommend it and would consider it a privilege if we had the chance to stay there again the next time we are in the area!

The cabin appeared to be freshly renovated, very roomy and comfortable. It was easy to find. Close to shopping, outdoor activities and dining, yet still in a quiet, wooded and peaceful mountain location. Kitchen is well equipped, beds and other furniture were comfortable and we had a relaxing stay. Communication with the host was very easy and helpful. We highly recommend this cabin and would stay here again ourselves.

My sister and I had an absolutely wonderful weekend at this spotless house. It was very well appointed; everything we needed was provided. I had one question while there and it was promptly answered. Even though it is located only a few miles from downtown Clayton, you would've thought you were way out in the woods. Beautiful scenery, very quiet and we were able to fully relax. Can I give more than 5 stars?!?
