Each floor has its own private exterior entrance. Inside, a stairway connects the two levels, with a door between them that can be closed for added privacy and separation but cannot be locked.

Ground Floor Convenience

The downstairs level has its own exterior entrance with just one small step, approximately 6 inches, from the patio into the home. Once inside, both queen bedrooms, the full bathroom, living room, kitchenette, workspace and laundry are all on the same level with no need to use the interior stairs.

This setup can be especially useful for multigenerational families, guests with limited mobility, medical stays or recovery, or anyone who prefers to minimize stairs.

Work and Longer Stay Ready

Fast WiFi, two dedicated workspaces, central heating and cooling with separate thermostat control on each floor, two full-size laundry sets, a full upstairs kitchen, self check-in and driveway parking for up to two vehicles make the home especially practical for everyday living and longer stays.

The upstairs deck provides seating and a gas grill. Downstairs, the covered patio offers a second outdoor space, and guests also have access to the fenced backyard.

Good to Know

Interior stairs connect the two floors. Guests who prefer to minimize stairs can use the downstairs exterior entrance described above.

The garage is reserved for maintenance and storage and is not available for guest access or parking. The attic and gas fireplace are also not available for guest use.

Exterior Security Cameras

For guest and property security, Ring doorbell cameras are located at both exterior entrances, with one additional exterior camera above the garage. These devices monitor the exterior entry areas and driveway/garage area and may record video and audio when motion is detected.

There are no cameras or recording devices anywhere inside the home.
