North Charleston Home Near Shopping & Dining!

Property was as described.

The house itself is great, very spacious, the outdoor space is also great. The furnishings are nice, beds were comfortable, with the exception of the master bed. Master bath is nice but the one other shared bathroom is very small for the number of guests. The kitchen desperately needs better lighting and could use more things for meal preparation as well as drink & dinnerware, it was very sparse. The main level floors were extremely dirty. None of us were comfortable walking around with bare feet, pur socks stayed filthy. And there was absolutely nothing to clean with with the exception of a sponge & dishsoap. There was a broom and mop available but no cleaning agent. Had we spent more time there, we would have requested a cleaning. We enjoyed the space but i would not stay there again, nor would i recommend it. Especially considering the cost of the rental. We have stayed in many rentals over the years and this was definitely below average for the cost. I actually feel that we should be refunded at least the cleaning fee.

My family came up for a family reunion. This place was in a great location and great neighborhood with a lot of space for all of us.

This house is nice and spacious. The pictures do not do it justice. Especially the room with the two double beds. It is a lot bigger in person. There is lots of space down stairs and outside for family mingling. There are 2 full baths upstairs and a half bath downstairs. They do have towels for the bathroom but they are microfiber and don’t dry well. So I personally suggest bringing your own. The house is very close to fast food and grocery stores. There is also a Frankie’s fun park very close. One down fall is that the house is 30 to 40 mins away from downtown Charleston and the beach. So just plan your visit accordingly by day or you will be doing a lot of driving. The owner does have beach chairs, beach toys, and an umbrella for the you all to borrow and the chairs are backpack strapped chairs so they are very easy to move from place to place. Our overall experience was great and we have 8 people including a toddler.

I came in town with my family to celebrate my son's wedding and this house did not disappoint. Everything was beautiful and very spacious. The MB bathroom is gorgeous!!!! To give you an idea of the setup, my wife and I had the MB, my son had his own room, my daughters shared a bedroom, and their 2 boyfriends shared a room of their own room and we were all comfortable. I had a problem with the tv and John helped me via text to ensure I could watch the NBA championship game. He was attentive the entire weekend and even helped to ship an item I left behind. I must say John by far has been the best host I've ever had at any VRBO I've ever rented. My family and I had the most memorable experience celebrating my son and new daughter-n-law and this house enhanced that experience. The neighborhood is conveniently located by everything you need and it's quiet. So if you like peace and relaxation this house is perfect.

Lovely home in North Charleston. Nice area and backyard. Home is nicely kept and has a couple of areas for gathering. Great bedroom for teens or tweens with a couch! Wonderful shower in the Master bedroom. Great home for sharing with family and friends!

This was a great place to stay post wedding for my husband and I! The villa was clean & cozy. The only downside was we didn’t have the proper code to check in when we arrived after our wedding but we were able to contact the property help line and they gave us quick assistance.

We had a very nice stay at John's place. He was very responsive when we had some internet issues and checked in with us throughout our stay. The house was very spacious and well-kept. The location is very convenient to the North Charleston Aquatic Center and to many restaurants and grocery stores. We will definitely stay here again.
