Stayed Jun 8, 2026The house is exactly as portrayed. It’s clean, well maintained, comfortable beds and lots of extra amenities to make the stay comfortable. The host and property manager were both really responsive and proactive. We felt that the location of the house was one of the best on the island and we liked being a little further south near the preserve. It was easy walking distance to the beach, but the two golf carts were a big help getting things back back-and-forth. We found the pool to be such a necessity after a long beach day and great for the kids to play in. The rooftop view was amazing for sunsets and stargazing.We traveled with four adults and four children. The sleeping arrangements were perfect for our group. It’s really a special island and a great place to unwind. We highly recommend The Pearl and hope to return.

Stayed Mar 1, 2025We had a wonderful week of relaxing and being unplugged. The house was so well thought out and had everything we needed. We loved sitting on the deck watching the sunset and listening to the waves. The walk or golf cart ride to the beach was super easy. We will be coming back for another stay!

Stayed Jun 29, 2024The trip was amazing! Kale the property manager was so good! He met us at the dock hauled all our stuff to the house and was so helpful. My only negative would be nice to have more furniture and and a fridge at the lower pool level. Other than that this house was great!
