NORMANDY BEACH - LAVALLETTE - JERSEY SHORE - ON BAY WITH PRIVATE BEACH & DOCK

We had a wonderful week at Gregg’s beautiful home in Mantoloking. We had four generations bonding together at the shore (including myself, my wife, three kids, one grandchild, as well as my mother-in-law). The house perfectly suited our needs, with one bedroom on the main floor for my 85 year old mother-in-law, with the rest of the family spreading out in the upstairs four bedrooms. We only went to the beach a couple of times during the week because the backyard was beautiful and inviting. It was nice to have a small personal beach, a hot tub, a barbecue and more than enough sitting areas. We brought a kayak to use in the calm bay, where we also swam and watched the boats, jet skis, and ducks. The area has numerous restaurants, and we found most of the locals extremely friendly. Greg left us a very nice welcoming gift, and was always available to answer questions by text. We look forward staying at his home again in the future.

This house more than met our expectations. With a family group of 8 people ranging in age from 70s to teens we couldn't have been happier with everything the house provided. The outside area was amazing and where we spent the majority of the day. An easy 10 min walk to the beach was perfect and everything we needed was within a 6 mile radius. It was a great week on the Jersey Shore

“It’s a shore thing” was a great choice for us! My family wanted to be walking distance from the beach and also wanted to be close to the bay since my son loves to fish. While at the beach my elderly father had a beautiful view of the marina and water. It was perfect for us! Gregg was very nice to deal with and accommodating. A welcoming gift and personalized notes added a nice welcoming touch. We would highly recommend this place! This place will not disappoint!

My family can’t say enough good things about this property....every detail inside and out made for a comfortable and fun vacation. We cannot wait to go back!

This property was exactly what we were looking for in a beach get-away. The house was immaculate and up to date. The deck, beach, dock, and outdoor areas were perfect for enjoying the weather and hosting our family. The host communicated quickly and was very helpful and accommodating. The neighborhood was quiet and perfect for biking and visiting the playground. All around, this house was excellent for a family beach vacation.

Our family stayed here for a week and really enjoyed it. We were greeted with a large bucket of new flip flops and plenty of plastic drink bottles. The house was extremely clean and neat, The kitchen offered a very large dining area with seating for 12. Plenty of space in the oversized family room. The master bath was designed with a beautiful nautical look. Bay location was perfect with the sandy beach for my grandchild to play in right in the backyard. Plenty of off street parking. Nice playground only a few blocks away. We were all pleased and would definitely rent again.
