Stayed Apr 24, 2025Loved this little cottage/gete - such character, and stayed cool on hot days. Walking to village, shops and along the river is easy and closeThe owner is brilliant - friendly, helpful, responded quicklyBeautiful secluded back gardenTwo bathrooms - both downstairs Upstairs - one bedroom on landing lacks privacy, as the other bedroom leads on from it If anyone has mobility issues be aware there are a few steps - various levels - inside this characterful cottage (not a problem for us) Definitely recommend this holiday cottage!

Stayed Jul 8, 2024I loved this Gite , it had traditional parts with exposed beams , all the bathrooms were nice and modern with fantastic showers. I loved the glitter paint in the master bedroom. The garden was gorgeous and so peaceful. The Gite was very central close to the river, bar and restaurants, the supermarket was an 8 minute walk away around the corner. There was a lovely walk up the hill to Chateau Gillard with amazing views. Also central to were we wanted to vist . We loved it.
