Renovated with a brand-new kitchen, two brand-new bathrooms, a huge new deck and a stylish and unique fit-out, this property will ensure you and your fur kids have a brilliant holiday at Port Elliot. Now with free high-speed (NBN) wi-fi!!!

Secluded and private, with a walking track at your front door, a winery/cafe 100m away, and the Port Elliot dog park 300m walk away, this property is perfectly located for aquiet and peaceful getaway.

The open-plan living area and three bedrooms have a new floating floor. The theme for the property decor is “Nordic Retro Beach house” (is that even a thing ). A colour palette of white, grey and black complements the natural timber of the furniture and captures some of the landscape of winter in Europe. One of the interesting pieces is a canvas print of a 19C map of Copenhagen.

The brand-new kitchen has stainless steel dishwasher, electric ceramic cooktop and oven. The adjacent dining area has a stunning 70’s timber dining setting that seats 8 people (when fully extended).

The living area has a big-screen full HD TV, an Apple TV box with Netflix, and a soundbar. Like all our properties (and our home), the bookshelf is fully stocked with a great collection of literary fiction and some airport novels! DVDs, CDs and a collection of games are also provided so there will be plenty to do and enjoy whilst relaxing at this lovely house. There is, of course, fast Wi-Fi available throughout the house.

All three bedrooms look out to the vineyard and olive grove. The main bedroom has an extensive built-in wardrobe with a brand-new ensuite bathroom (shower, vanity and toilet). It has a Queen Size pillow top bed. The second bedroom has a double bed with built-in robes. The third bedroom has a bunk bed (two singles) and built-in robes. The two rear bedrooms are conveniently located opposite the bathroom (with a bath) and separate toilet. The property sleeps 6 people in four beds. Please note that the property sleeps up to 5 adults only (the top bunk bed is not suitable for adults).

The big deck at the front of the property is located to maximise the gorgeous views and to protect from the weather. A new gas BBQ on the deck enables you to cook outside.

We want to make sure you are as comfortable as possible during your stay! The property has reverse-cycle air-conditioning for year-round comfort. The main bathroom has a built-in heat lamp for winter warmth. The main beds both have electric blankets. A washing machine is provided for your convenience.

The property is fully fenced - all the way around. There is a short ramp for access to the house at the rear - so any humans or animals who don’t like stairs will be able to make their way up to the house. As always with Pet Let properties, your dogs and cats are very welcome inside!

There is undercover parking for two cars, plus room to park a boat.

We have dog-proof fencing all the way around the house. The fence height is 900mm at its lowest point. Pet bowls are supplied.

The beds will be freshly made for guest arrival with sheets, pillowcases and quilt covers. Bath towels, mats, hand towels and tea towels are all supplied.

This property is fabulously located for walking your dog as the pathway is virtually outside the front door. It's a very short walk to the fabulous Port Elliot dog park! You can see it from the front deck! Your dogs and cats will love this property!


Extra Guest Charge:
Our standard rate is for 2 guests only. Please note that an additional fee will apply $30 per person per night in excess of 2 guests.

Note: If an extra guest after 2 is staying for 1 night only, it's $60 for 1 night.

You have booked the property for a certain number of people (as specified on your booking). If you would like to have extra guests stay at any time, please contact us in advance. We will advise if this is possible and, if so, the additional cost.

Our cleaners plan their daily schedule for the number of guests booked in at each property. If undeclared guests stay, the rate charged retrospectively will be double the standard rate.

**SCHOOLIES - property is available with a $2,500 bond and a $250 cleaning fee for a maximum of 6 people ONLY plus $110 per person per night in excess of 2 guests. No parties are allowed at any time. **

Please take note that this does not include any amount to any damages that you may incur if you violate any of our house rules. We do not allow parties, events and smoking at the property.

    Great central location to Port Elliot, Middleton, Victor Harbour and Goolwa. Great location to the Port Elliot dog park which. We all had a comfortable stay and enjoyed our holiday.

    We stayed for 2 nights with our dogs. Wonderful dog friendly town with an awesome dog park and great coastal walks. The property was lovely and clean and well fenced. Great views and an awesome cafe a short 100mtrm walk.

    The property was old although they try to fix, renovate it as perfect as possible. The cleanliness was questionable as I felt dirt on my feet while walking inside, sofas had stain on it, we felt the need of a clock in the property on the wall, the ensuite toilet and washroom was too small, the basins were too small, there were no bins in the toilets. on our final night while we were watching a film on Netflix suddenly the internet connection was off and it hasn't came back till we were leaving the next morning. The beds were comfortable and i loved the quilt covers. The location of the property were very beautiful (apart from dog walkers). It is very confronting for us who are not used to them and we don't have any idea when they can attack us or our kids (and it happens in real as we came to know lots of incidents on tv or news). They just leave the dogs open unlatch which is not safe for people around them. We also believed that the price was too high for a property like this. It is an old property. They charged nearly $650 for 2 nights! which was not worthy at all. $500 for 2 nights should be ok.

    Was clean, organised and secure for family with pets. Communication was easy and straight forward and open. The hosts were gracious and the house had everything we could possibly have needed. Definitely planning to stay there again.

    Our family of 5 had a pleasant weekend stay at the Nordic Retro Beachouse. Great amenities and location, close to all the attractions and shops. We were delighted to be able to bring our two small dogs on holiday. Communication was excellent and the check in process was very smooth. The welcome gifts were much appreciated. Thank you!

    A fantastic little spot to take a break with your dogs. The deck is a lovely spot to sit and relax, the home itself is very comfortable and clean with everything you need for a great holiday with dogs. Of special note was the cleanliness of the BBQ - this is the only place we've stayed where we haven't had to clean the BBQ before we used it. ?

    Great place to stay, our dogs loved it and we did to! Peacefull location overlooking the olive grove. You can see the dog park from the lounge and its only a short walk. Great yard for the pups. House very clean and comfortable.
