Fully remodeled home with a cool vibe. Located on the North end of Central avenue this home has everything that you would want for a weekend getaway, a week stay or a Staycation! Hot tub for 2 ( fits 4, but its a bit tight) New Memoryfoam king beds, comfortable couches a 55 4k TV, Bocceball court and a fooseball table. The home is filled with art and amenities. There a huge outdoor patio. Amazing restaurants in walking distance including a coffeeshop right out of the back door.

Stayed Mar 27, 2026We had an overall decent stay at this rental. Communication with the host was good throughout, and the check-in and check-out process was very easy and convenient.On our first night, the hot tub was not up to temperature, but the host handled it well and provided monetary compensation, which we appreciated. By the second night, the hot tub was fully up to temp and ready to enjoy.One thing worth noting is there was a slightly off-putting smell in the property that did not go away, even with the windows open. We chose not to bring it up during our stay, as we were already checked in and didn’t feel there was much that could be done at that point.Overall, aside from that issue, the stay was smooth and the host was responsive and fair in addressing concerns.

Stayed Jan 30, 2026The hot tub was cold and water was only filled half way. The house was so cold it took the entire 2 daysto heat up. The beds were comfortable but it lacked in other areas. The bathroom sink and toilet were tippy or loose? I dont know but it was scary, always felt like they were gonna break. Clean house.

Owner aware of the bocce ball court situation and will work on it and the back yard. *Remote controls do not work but not a big deal. Roku fire phone app worked. Connect with 5G wifi network in order to connect with TV in living room.
