NO REGRETS -Bright beautiful sunny home. Elevator beside driveway to upstairs.

My fiancé and I spent three wonderful months at No Regrets on longboat key. Their location, the amenities, and the overall ambience of the property was just perfect. The host was very responsive to any needs of ours and we felt truly welcomed at the property. We have no regrets for staying at.No Regrets. It is truly heaven on LBK.

No R'Egrets had many positives. The kitchen was exceedingly well-equipped. There was scarcely a pan or a tool I reached for that wasn't there. The street is nestled in a nature park that borders on the bay, which was a great place to walk the pup (especially because dogs are not allowed on the beach!!!) Dave called the first day to make sure everything was in order, and explained how to make some adjustments to the pool and hot tub to meet our needs. Since we had not stayed in Sarasota before, there was lots to see there (Motte Aquarium, the Ringling, the Arts and Crafts museum in Tampa/St Pete. ) It was good that there were things to do, because the red tide was terrible for nearly a week (we couldn't walk on the beach without coughing or stepping over dead fish). Not Dave's fault, but he even offered to add a few days to our reservation to make up the time. The beach is beautiful, and not crowded at all, and everyone enjoyed the hot tub.

The property backs up to a fantastic park with bay views. Great for walking dogs and meeting nice people. There is a walk to the beach, but they provide a wagon. The beach was beautiful. The home is welcoming and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Great kitchen. The pool is nice for a swim when the red tide keeps you off the beach. I would stay here again.

Our family has traveled to Longboat Key and Anna Maria for years, especially as our boys were growing up. It had been awhile and we were looking for a place to get away for a few weeks to relax and get some sunshine. We took our dog with us! This home was close enough to walk to two of our favorite restaurants - Euphemia Haye and Harry's. When we didn't go out to eat, we enjoyed the well-stocked kitchen and the grill. The path through the mangroves and park were a great place to walk the dog. The beach was a quick walk down the lane and across the street. Our young adult son was with us, too and the way the house is designed with a living area and a family room type den with television, he had plenty of privacy when he wanted it. We reached out a couple times to David with questions and he was very responsive. We would definitely stay there again.

No rEgrets is a great house, comfortable, convenient to the Beach, Ringling, Mote, Selby Gardens, restaurants and shopping on St.Armands Circle. Yet it feels private and secluded. There is a one car garage for your use with everything you'll need to make a 7 minute walk easy and the beach fun. There is an outside shower to wash off sand. There is a new elevator which makes unloading and moving in easier than hauling gear upstairs. The backyard is fenced for pool/hot tub privacy and safety for your dog. There are comfortable tables and chairs around the pool & Grill. The house is in the center of miles of groomed trails (with lots of birds) that lead to Bay views. It is walking distance to a few great restaurants. This house has the privacy of split living. On one side of the house is the Main Queen Bedroom Ensuite with a TV and a Big Walk-in Closet w/hangers. Next room is a Sunroom with Big Screen TV (with surround sound). The Sunroom sofa is a big Sleeper. On the other side of the house is a hallway with 2 bedrooms and a shared 4 piece bathroom. The front rm has a set of twin beds. The smaller back rm has a full bed. Outside of this hallway are the shared living areas. The Front Living room & Dining Room are great for family games & meals. The room opens to a deck with more seating & a grill The Kitchen has a breakfast counter with stools. The cupboards are well stocked for cooking and entertaining. The pantry has items to help get you get started. There are plenty of pillows, sheets, luggage racks, towels, hot pads and RUGS. It is so nice to have a rug on the floor in the bedroom. The Laundry Closet has cleaning supplies if needed. The host has outside lights on timers which make returning after sunset welcoming. ?We enjoyed the pool very much. The host David had the heater turned on early for our arrival in January 2022. If your dog loves the water, sand and playing with all types of dogs I highly recommend a trip to the Venice Brohard Dog Park and Beach. It's an hour south of this house. It was a joy working with the host. David was always available to answer questions and quick to resolve little mishaps. David and Cynthia truly worked to make sure my family had a great holiday. ?My family enjoyed staying at No rEgrets very much. ?

Beautiful home!

We enjoyed our stay at No rEgrets the week between Christmas and New Year's. The property was very clean and well furnished; we cooked most meals. The beach was a fun walk and we used the wagon to carry supplies. Walking at the nearby park was a wonderful bonus and we took some family photos at the overlooks. Our group was all adults and David and Cynthia worked to make sure we could use the pool and hot tub despite recent bad weather. There are nearby restaurants that do carry out, call early, stores and a beach market two days a week. We also visited the nearby Mote Marine Aquarium. It was a lovely vacation. Thank you!

This was the perfect getaway for my family, friends, and me. I'm very active and enjoyed walking the trails at Joan Durante Park. Even though the house is not on the beach side the walk to the beach was very easy. I pulled the wagon (which was already in the garage) to the beach and back multiple times. My 78 year old mother even made the walk. The televisions and internet worked great, which came in handy for my son who brought his play station. The house was great and we especially love the lack of touristy attractions on Longboat Key. If you want a clean, comfortable place to stay with something for the whole family without the touristy crowds then this house on Longboat Key is the place!

The property was great and extremely clean. It has a very homey feeling making you feel welcomed immediately. Kitchen was magnificently equipped. David was extremely communicative and friendly. He had masks and sanitizer for us in the event we didn't bring our own. I would say the only downside is that its listed as a 4 bedroom, however, the contract does state that its a 3 bedroom. Again, it's a great property and we would stay again.

Would highly recommend this vacation rental. The home was perfect for our entire family of 7 and a dog. The park behind the yard was beautiful and dog friendly- great for a jog in the morning and perfect place for dog to take a swim. Outdoor pool was large relative to other rentals we have stayed in. The kitchen is well equipped and the home is very comfortable. We walked to the beach everyday, a short stroll and very quiet and beautiful sandy beach with 10 miles to walk. Rented a boat for the day from the marina just up the road. David was very responsive and helpful. We will certainly stay here again.
