Stayed Apr 28, 2025My wife and I for last 15 years have been doing an all inclusive trip thru out the Caribbean and her sister and brother in law and parents have always been going to Ann Marie island around the same time ,last year we decided to look onto taking there parents who are in there 80 on a trip to the island ,as the spot the in-laws stayed in past was too small we decided on a much larger home for the six of us and ended up booking one not far from Bean point beach, Four days before we were scheduled to fly out I get a call from the rental company looking after the booked home to be told of several issues with the home that have never been fixed since the hurricane last fall, windows and door covered over,dock missing, owner was willing to give us a small discount,needless to say we were all very upset and had to cancel this booking, still dealing with the full reimbursement on that, but it was a blessing in disguise as I came across the No Re Grets location and cost was all most same as original booking in bean point, the house is amazing and in a great location , beach is litteraly at end of the street block, The home is soon spacious and layout perfect that we all had our own space and back yard pool and lower level is awesome. All the picture of it online are very accurate, I would highly recommend this location and home.

Stayed Feb 13, 2025We had a wonderful stay at this house. Advance communication was excellent, check-in was easy, and the hosts responded immediately for the couple of small issues/questions that came up. The house was even bigger than it looks in the listing pictures and was spotlessly clean. We cooked most of our meals at home and the kitchen was well-stocked for cooking and baking. We slept so well on the comfy beds and our kids spent countless hours swimming in the pool, playing chess at the chess table, mini-golfing in the back yard, and playing pool. The location was great in a quiet beautiful neighborhood, one block to the beach and two blocks to shops and restaurants. During our stay we enjoyed lots of walks and bike rides, swimming and shelling, hiking, a visit to the Mote Aquarium, a boat ride to see dolphins, and eating at Whitney’s and Two Scoops. I know some people are hesitant to return to AMI after the big hurricane, assuming it must still be in bad shape. We had no issues. Holmes Beach and Anna Maria have been thoroughly cleaned up and are sparkling and fresh. You might see a few businesses and homes still being repaired here and there but the majority of the area is in great shape and open for business. There is more to see and do than you could fit into any vacation. Honestly it’s a great time to visit as crowds and traffic are low and we got to peacefully enjoy areas we might normally have to battle through traffic to access!
