No better place for 4th of July! Amazing views, Steps to water, Spacious layout!

Our review won’t hit the same as we were in search of a cozy Thanksgiving getaway as opposed to some summer LOTO fun but I still can’t say enough about the layout and windows of this home being perfect for extended groups or families. We joked that it was football on the first floor, holiday movies on the 2nd and some gaming on the 3rd! The kitchen was FULLY equipped for even a Thanksgiving dinner down to a potato masher and meat thermometer. We were able to squeeze 8 of us around the table to fully enjoy each other, a fantastic meal, and games each night. Two primary bedrooms was also nice for the adult couples and the sleep number in the north bedroom was very comfy. Also if I could replicate the water pressure in my own home, I would be over the moon. We lost count of the number of deer and for a few very chilly stints some of the kids enjoyed fishing off the dock. Parking was very ample (careful backing in, it drops off) and the outdoor space looked to be perfect for warmer times. The electric fireplace units gave us a cozy vibe (open flame gas or wood are next to impossible to find at the lake in recent years) but we most enjoyed all of the windows and lake view. A cold foggy last day gave us some gentle wave sounds even! We hope to return as finding the room for kids versus adults is always a challenge. We would also like to get a few more pets in on the cutest and friendliest little dog next door.

We had a great stay! House was beautiful and easily accommodated our party of 12. Kitchen was fully stocked with all we needed. Great number of bathrooms for us. Lots of outside space to sit and enjoy the water. Waters were too choppy for our young boys (5 and 3) even with life jackets, but they enjoyed fishing off the big dock. Short on some items (TP and towels) and unable to use lily pad the or many of the floats provided due to holes. None of these worsened our stay. We enjoyed it!!

Had 9 people stay, all over 21. Was the perfect place for us. Plenty of room to spread out, perfect location in the water and was great place to just get in the water and float around. Will definitely stay there again!

View was great. House was dirty. Not enough towels. Dust under beds. Cabinets had mustard stains and lower cabinets had dead bugs. We bought 200.00 worth of steaks. Grill did not work. Coffee pot did not work. Air conditioning on top floor had a sign that it was not working and someone would be out. Never came. Owner did not take responsibility for anything.

Property was large enough for our group to spread out in. Kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. Loved the lake view and enjoyed the dock for sitting and swimming.The only negative things I can say is that we did not have hand towels for the bathrooms and the chairs at the patio table were worn and ripped and could not be sat in. The screen door on one of the patio doors kept falling off but we didn't really use it much.Other than than, great place for a large group.

It was nice .... we caught plenty fish .

Absolutely love this house and location on the lake. Extremely private and peaceful. This is our fifth year staying here.

Great house and perfect location. Best part was we had the best seats on the dock to view the fireworks at Margaritaville

Great rental for a group or larger family. Gave all 5 stars except for location, which we knew about before booking and we’re fine with. Our group wanted to site see, so it was a little longer of a drive, but not a big deal. Would rent again.!

The house was very spacious with lots of outdoor setting. The doc was just steps away. Our family really enjoyed themselves. ☺️

We had a nice stay, with easy access to the house and lake . Communication with the property owner was easy and timely. One of the downfalls with our stay was one of the a/c units on the upper level (which has 3 of the 5 beds in the house) was not functioning correctly so it took a day and a half for the upper level to actually cool off to the point we could sleep up there and we found out the night before checkin that one of the 3 showers was out of order. With 9 people in our family the number of bathrooms and comfortable sleeping beds were the main reasons we rented this house so that did cause a problem with our stay.

Great place to get the family together, dont forget life jackets for the kids, waves can become big from lake traffic.

We had an amazing time! The home is beautiful and Stacy was such a trooper answering any questions I had!

12 friends gathered. Wonderful to be right on the lake. Full moon, sunny days, good beds for sleeping!! Very relaxing

This was a great stay with plenty to do for our little ones (ages 3-8). Very thankful to have some green space for them to run around, as well as on the water activities.

Our absolute favorite place away from home. Beautiful, private and always clean and organized. Not to mention the host does an amazing job at recognizing and surprising guests. Last year my wife had a Birthday card waiting on the dining room table when we arrived. This visit was even better.
