The Space:
Are you longing for a getaway at the beach, where you can leave all your worries and stresses behind We have just what you are looking for. Sta Vacation Rentals presents “Nirvana”. Nirvana is a roomy 4 bedroom, 3 bath, pet-friendly, oceanfront home that sleeps 9 (plus baby in a crib). The main living area is on the 2nd floor. Here you will find a spacious floorplan including a roomy dining/living area and an open kitchen. The fully stocked kitchen features all stainless appliances including a large double door refrigerator, microwave, stove/oven, and dishwasher. The dining area overlooks the ocean and has a farm table with seating for six. There is also seating for two more at the kitchen island. If additional dining seating is needed, there is also a bistro table in the bay window area off the kitchen. The living room has a sofa, love seat, and single chair, all focused around the wall mounted TV. There is a large balcony on the 2nd floor, which overlooks the beach and ocean. The balcony has stairs that lead down to the ground level and then out to the beach.

The primary bedroom is also on the 2nd floor. This room is bright and airy with views of the ocean. This room has a king bed, a wall mounted TV, and access to the oceanfront balcony. The primary bathroom has a walk-in shower, and a double vanity. This bathroom can also be accessed from the hallway for anyone in the living room to use. The primary bedroom also has a large “baby cove” with a rocking chair and crib, making this bedroom perfect for couples with a baby.

Upstairs, on the third floor is another bedroom with a king bed. There is also a dresser, closet, and wall mounted TV. There is a private bathroom for this bedroom. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, single vanity, and an east-facing window so you can gaze at the ocean while brushing your teeth! Downstairs on the first floor are two more bedrooms. The third bedroom has a king bed, small desk, and a wall mounted TV. There is a sliding door that leads out to the lower patio and to the beach. The fourth bedroom is perfect for kids or teens. It has a twin-over-double bunk bed and a TV. The third bathroom is located in the third bedroom and has a tub/shower combination. This bathroom can also be used by guests in the bunk room.

Please note, that all guests staying at a Sta Vacation Rentals home are required to sign a rental agreement and provide a valid form of ID. The primary reservation holder must provide a Government-Issued ID that matches the name on the rental agreement. This is a requirement from St. Johns County. All guest's names (first and last) must be provided. The ages of any minors are required to be listed. This is for emergency and insurance purposes.

Guest Access:
We offer convenient keyless door codes for self-check-in. Sta Vacation Rentals uses smart locks with check-in details provided 48 hours prior to arrival by email and text message.

• Early check-ins or late check-outs: If the property happens to be ready earlier than the standard 4 pm check-in time on the day of your arrival, in most cases an early arrival option may be available when confirmed with the main office. Late check-outs must be confirmed with main office staff prior to the date of departure.

Please note that beach driving is not permitted. Beach access points can be found on Coastal Hwy at even-numbered properties and on the 3000 block on S. Ponte Vedra, specifically odd-numbered properties.

Other Things to Note:
Please pay close attention to following the house rules. Non compliance could result in sizable fines.
- All guests staying at one of our Sta Vacation Rental homes are required to sign (esignature) a rental agreement and complete identity registration.
- Age restrictions apply. Reservation holder must be 25 years of age.
- All guests must be included on the guest list and not exceed the maximum number stated on the listing.
- Upon arrival, we aim to ensure your safety, proper access to the home, and guest features. ALL guests are required to read the house manual upon arrival. Should you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to Sta Vacation Rentals
- Known damages incurred during your stay must be reported to the property manager immediately.
- Before check in, we will send you detailed directions to ensure a seamless arrival.
- Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.
- We cannot guarantee early check ins or late checkouts. When it is possible to check in early or check out late, there will be a fee for anything outside of a one hour window within our standard times. If your need for an early check in or late check out is great, your best option is to book an additional night.
- Some homes offer pools/hot tubs. There is no guard around the water features when available. Use at your own risk.
- Some homes have cameras for external monitoring only.
- Stays over 29 days – please inquire separately for terms and conditions.
- HOTEL TAX COLLECTION: Both St. Johns County and the State of Florida require all hotel and vacation rental hosts to collect hotel tax. We collect these two taxes within the booking transaction. The state requires 6.5% and the county requires 5%.
- LONG-TERM STAYS: (Snowbird, long-term rental). Contact Sta Vacation Rentals to discuss if a long-term stay discount applies to this listing. Stays over six months are waived from paying the State and Local Hotel Tax. However, there are additional fees we need to collect for damage coverage and housekeeping. In compliance with our policies for long-term stays, we need to collect an additional cleaning fee for guests staying longer than 3 weeks. Your Guest Ambassador will coordinate the cleaning schedule for a minimum of once every 2 weeks. You can request cleanings more frequently if desired. Additional cleaning charges will be sent using a payment request or resolution request, immediately following the cleaning. Your guest ambassador will reply shortly and be available to assist you where needed.
- This is a No Smoking property. Penalty fees for violations will apply and you may be asked to vacate the premises with no refund at the discretion of the Host.
- This home is pet-friendly. Please note, only dogs allowed and 50lb weight limit, up to 2 dogs per stay with the following guidelines. (This does not apply to service animals):
- $250 pet fee - maybe more for larger dogs. These fees are non-refundable.
- All breeds accepted
- Pets must be responsive to owner commands, stay off furniture, and not bark excessively.
- Pet owners must pick up and dispose of pet excrement in the provided trash receptacles.
- Pets are not permitted anywhere on the premises unless prior approval is obtained.
- For the safety of guests and the home, there are noise monitoring devices. These devices only measure the decibel level and do NOT record any audio.

    Fantastic! This ocean front home was literally perfect for our family trip—the ocean is just steps away for sea fishing and hanging out. Inside, there is a water view from every room! The kitchen is well stocked and the large island is ideal for cooking and serving. Outdoor spaces and fire pit are a great bonus, beautifully landscaped. The bedrooms were super comfortable with attached baths. Can’t say enough about how ideal stay was - thank you!

    We recently stayed at this property and while the location is absolutely perfect—right on the beach and close to restaurants—unfortunately, our experience was overshadowed by cleanliness issues.On the first morning, we all woke up with scratchy, crackly throats, which made us question the air quality and general cleanliness of the home. Later that day, we discovered cat hair and vomit on the floor. To their credit, the property staff were very responsive and sent a cleaner that same day. The house did smell better afterward.However, we continued to find more messes. We found additional cat hair and vomit on the floor and even on a side table. On the third level, there were several visible animal urine stains on the carpet, which was particularly unpleasant.While we appreciated the quick response from the staff, a property at this price point (over 5,000 for six nights) should be thoroughly clean upon arrival. Guests shouldn't have to deal with unsanitary conditions or feel concerned about the health and cleanliness of the environment.

    We enjoyed this beautiful home during the 4th of July holiday. It was a perfect location, and we loved how close it was to the beach. There was plenty of space for everyone, and the kids really enjoyed the ping pong table. Thanks for the wonderful memories. I would highly recommend this home for a family or friend getaway at the beach.

    My wife and I, two (2) daughters and their respective spouses, plus 3 grandchildren stay at NIrvana. My wife and I (the grandparents) stayed on the top floor. One daughter and her husband and 2 children (ages 3 and 5) stayed on the bottom floor where there is room with a king sized bed and a separate room with bunkbeds (where her kids stayed). My other daughter, husband and 17 month old stayed on the second floor where there was a king sized bed and a separate small room with a crib.For us this house was perfect. Beautiful views from the top deck and just steps to the ocean.....And I mean steps. The kitchen is well appointed and beach chairs and toys for the kids are provided. Plus on the ground floor, in a converted garage, there is a ping pong table, which was a lot of fun during some brief periods of rain.The only thing that was slightly negative is the stairs gave the grandparents a bit of a workout. This was not an issue at all for any of the other guests. Truthfully, if you do not like this place you may be extremely difficult to please.Finally, Wren Beach Rentals could not have been more helpful. The check-in and check-out processes were seamless.

    We had a blast with our family of 6 plus grandma and grandpa. The youngest in our group are both 2.5 years old. Thankfully they are good with stairs. The balcony seemed a little dangerous for them at times. The bolts that stick out caught my son’s face and scraped him; maybe put some plastic covers on those. The baby room attached to the main room was fantastic and fit two full size cribs nicely. My babies slept there nicely free from light and sound.The double washer and dryer was a nice with the amount of laundry we produce. It was also nice to have a hose to rinse sand off. Very helpful to keep things clean.The beach was gorgeous and we enjoyed the sunrises everyday. One evening we were able to see a rocket launch from space x! We would definitely stay at Nirvana again! We enjoyed our stay thoroughly.

    We booked this home last minute and was not disappointed. Florida is known for its hurricanes and coastal damage- this home’s back porch is being beautifully updated for the perfect hang out spot for any family or friend group. There was construction areas in the side yard but again, that is to be expected given the severe storms our coasts have endured. Waking up to the most beautiful sunrises made our stay magical. Each level holds a room and bathroom- perfect for our kiddos to have their own spaces but also more than enough room to accommodate many more people if desired. The house is spacious and very nice. Communication was great. Many people not familiar with the area will complain of parking but that is the reality of beachfront homes in that area. There was plenty of space across the street otherwise if absolutely needed. We will definitely make this a yearly visit!

    I cannot recommend this home enough! Beautiful from the outside and on the inside! Nice living area with ample seating for 6 with a view of the beach and a large TV. Lovely airy curtains that let in lots of light! Dining room table is just gorgeous and seating is comfortable! Kitchen had everything we needed and more! Nice large fridge and appliances worked as expected! The king bedrooms were roomy and very, very comfortable beds!! Large TV’s in each king bedroom and each bedroom with it’s own bathroom. The closets were large! The deck was nicely appointed and up-to-date with lots of comfortable seating. This home was super clean, which is important to us! So many beach toys and chairs and we had fun with the ping pong table in the evenings. The rental company went above and beyond and were very quick to respond to what few needs we had. We highly recommend this home and hope to return in the future!!
