All this within a two minute walk to Boomer Beach!

With its soaring ceiling, open plan family areas and generous decking, Robandsco has a welcoming light and airy feel. You'll feel at home the moment you walk in the door to the expansive living and dining area (with reverse cycle air-conditioner) and take in the views across the ground floor deck to the surrounding hills. A gas BBQ and outdoor setting complete the deck.

Upstairs is another enormous living area, complete with air-conditioner and wet bar and the piece de resistance, another wrap around deck with views that stretch 180 degrees from sea to the surrounding hills. Sip on a cool glass of prosecco or an icy cold beer from the nearby bar fridge while you take in the ever-changing sea and the amazing sunsets. Enjoy a morning coffee serenaded by the birdlife while the sun lights up the hills in gold.

And washing up coffee cups is never a chore with a newly fitted Bosch dishwasher to make your stay even more relaxing.

When it's time to sleep, you'll find the right space in one of our three large bedrooms too. The huge master bedroom with its fairy tale king sized bed with 50cm mattress and adjoining en-suite bathroom is hard to beat, but the queen sized bedroom and twin king single bedroom are both also spacious and comfortable. All bedrooms have ceiling fans, the master bedroom also with an air-conditioner. The king single bedroom has a small heater.

The queen and king single bedrooms are set apart in their own wing and serviced by a family bathroom with separate toilet. There is also a laundry with front load washer and two external doors, perfect for coming in after a day at the beach.

Outside you'll find a handy hose for washing off the sand when you come back from the beach, and a garden space made for wandering. A lovely path wends its way around the house, and with the property being completely fenced and secure when the automatic carport doors are down, perfect for small children (or big children for that matter:)) to play safely outside.

    A spotlessly clean, spacious family home within a short walk to the beautiful but rough Boomer Beach and a short drive to the picturesque, calm Horseshoe Bay. Large picture windows provide views of the surrounding countryside, with the upper story deck facing across the ocean to Victor Harbor and Granite Island. The house is thoughtfully and comfortably furnished with all necessary appliances, crockery and utensils provided. Bookcases are stocked with a great range of novels, CDs and games. The owners were accomodating, easy to contact and friendly and check in and out was effortless. A great spot for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. We didn’t want to leave, and hope to be back soon!

    We had a wonderful time at this beautiful property. The house is spacious and comfortable, with great attention to detail. There is everything that you could possibly need to enjoy your stay. Wonderful views are a bonus. Highly recommended.
